Return - no refund - reorder - mouldy delivery

I requested a return and waited and waited...it's been over month after the order was collected from my address - no feedback provided no refund, no communication - just silence for a quite an expensive items. But before the month lapsed, and in fear the item might run out before the return is complete, silly me went and repurchased the items in the right size - then received the second item with mould it.

2 months later I've spent 6000 ZAR for 2 jackets - I have one with mould and another just floating around somewhere. No refund, compl;etely ignored by customers services.

I will NEVER use this service again. Not only that, I will tell anyone and everyone who is willing to listen to boycott this sham of a store. Hell, if they don't believe they can always come here and view the reviews themself. Sies!

No customer service and no return of money

If you have to return an item - good luck getting your money back!!!!

Its been nearly a month now since I returned the item. There is no such thing as customer service.

Its really frustrating and laughable that they are able to get away with it!

Delayed refund over a month

I returned two items in the same parcel** using the Royal Mail return label provided by Mango. The parcel was delivered back to them on 16th June 2026, but weeks later I was still chasing my refund back and forth emails by customer service not reading my emails.

Despite providing the tracking information and proof of return multiple times, I kept receiving responses asking for the same information again, with no acknowledgement that both items had been returned together.

After several emails, Mango finally processed the refund for one item only, while completely ignoring the outstanding refund for the second item. Each reply appeared to overlook the details I had already provided, meaning I had to repeat myself over and over.

Customers should not have to spend weeks chasing money they are owed for returned items. The lack of communication, failure to properly investigate the return, and the amount of time wasted following up has been extremely frustrating.

I hope Mango resolves the outstanding refund promptly, but based on my experience, the returns and customer service process needs significant improvement.

Terrible service for returns and refunds

Sent an item back on 10th June, no acknowledgement of return/refund.

Customer service via WhatsApp pointless, just ended the conversation without looking into problem, or lied.

Took me to phone up to get a refund confirmation email. Still not had money back

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service, the returns process is shocking to navigate. I returned an item on 9 June and still waiting for a refund on 13 June despite chasing it and even resorting to writing to the head of operations in the UK - Fiona Cullen. The chat function is rubbish they just keep asking the same questions and keep you hanging on and going round in circles then cut you off. I thought as it has a big shopfront presence in the UK that this would be a trustworthy place to buy online from but I feel like I am dealing with a load of Third World scammers.

Dire

Dire. You register your return online and wait for a QR code to post back... That never arrives. You then are locked in battle with an AI bot while you wait for a human who joins the chat and the ends it immediately. You repeat. You repeat. You repeat. And you vow to never buy from Mango again.

BEYOND SHOCKING

Complaint reference 21802191.
Despite multiple emails, online chat and in-store conversations (which were shockingly poor), I still CANNOT use a gift card I received end of May for my birthday!!! I got an email with an attachment supposed to have a PIN number in it after an online chat - got the email and attachment, NO PIN IN IT!!! Got a complaint raised on 28 June - still not resolved. Have chased and the same response comes back. NO-ONE reads the email correctly. No-one understands my query. Clearly zero training in customer care!!!! Suffice to say I am exhausted after hours and hours of emails, chats and 3 trips - at my cost - to the Mango store. I cannot believe how bad they have been. Compared to all other retailers, they are atrociously bad.
If Mango get this and once again ask me TO DO something, I will raise a legal complaint. It is UP to them to resolve this and contact me. I as the CUSTOMER should not have to do any more than I have.

Returns in Latvia are a nightmare

I can give Mango 1 star for the attractive product photos and styling.

I ordered three items on June 26. The order arrived on July 9. I decided to keep two of the items, but the boots were too tight around the calves, so I knew immediately that I would be returning them.

According to Mango's website, the return process is supposed to be simple.

1. You can return it free of charge via a VeniPack collection point by downloading a return label.

When I tried to download the return label, I entered my order number and email exactly as shown in the confirmation email, but the website returned an error.

2. Returning the parcel by post to Poland at my own expense.

Because the website wouldn't generate a return label and none was included in my package, I couldn't use the free VeniPack return. My only remaining option was to return the parcel by post to Poland at my own expense.

My 1.8 kg package cost €15.34 to send back, while the boots themselves cost only €40. I'm still waiting to see whether I receive my refund, but regardless of the outcome, I have effectively paid over €15 to try on a pair of boots.

For that reason, I will avoid ordering from Mango online in the future. Their physical stores in Latvia have a much smaller selection than the online store, so online shopping should be convenient, not risky.

-> For comparison - Zara's return process. If I order online and want to return an item, I take it to the store, hand over the package, and receive my refund within a few days.

Worst experience with getting a refund…

Worst experience with getting a refund for a return made over a month ago! They will not issue a refund unless you chase them many times. You don’t speak to humans only Ai which is the worst!
Will not be shopping here again.

Mango has NO customer service at all

Mango has NO customer service at all. They easily accept your payment and email you 3rd party tracking numbers that never update. The tracking just sits there for weeks. I am on my 2nd week waiting for the tracking to update. Nothing! You don't know if they lost it, if it never shipped, if it was a total scam or if you will ever get it. Simply horrible company leaves you sitting there idle. They hide their contact information. Their clothing is not cheap but costly! I would never treat customers like they do. Try returning something! I should have read the reviews before I ordered! Never again! I urge you to not buy from Mango!

Unable to return the order

Worst customer support I've ever met.
There is no clear way to make a return, as they don't provide a parcel recipient phone number which is mandatory for all local post offices to identify the recipient. Agent didn't try to help me, and on my words that I will never buy anything again from them, answered "thank you"

Worst customer service and delivery service

The worst customer service and online shopping experience I’ve ever had.

My chat with Ranim was closed before my issue was resolved. My order has been delayed repeatedly, despite being told that delivery would take 3–7 working days, which has not been true in my case.

Another customer service representative told me to “just go to the store and check,” even though I hadn’t received any confirmation that my order was ready for collection. How am I supposed to collect an order that hasn’t been confirmed?

The customer service was unprofessional and unhelpful. Responses such as “alright, alright, anything else?” came across as dismissive rather than supportive. Customer service representatives should be properly trained to communicate respectfully and help customers resolve their issues.

Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend shopping here based on the service I received.

By the way I still haven’t received my order because they messed up.

If I could give this company 0 stars I…

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. First off the my order said it was delivered and it was not. I reach out to customer service and they said there was nothing they could do, the order was over $1,000. The package arrived a week later, I have no idea from where. I wanted to return pieces from this order and I dropped the package off a few days after the return policy, mind you my order came a week late. They are not willing to even give me a store credit for those pieces and sent the items back to me. The quality of the pieces is deplorable for what they charge, their customer service is non existent. I would encourage everyone to stay away from this company.

If I could give a 0 rate I would - Avoid Mango online

If I could give a 0 rate I would. We returned our items and they were picked up. After a month of not having received the money, I contacted them (btw terrible way of contacting them as their AI does not work as it should, it closes while you are talking, asking the same questions multiple times....) and finally managed to chat with an operator that confirmed that everything was received and I would have received my money within 15 days. Well another month has passed and no sign of my money. So I contacted them and their AI system says either they do not have it or is too late to return them . Plus they send me an email saying that they translate via an AI......honestly never again from Mango! Such a poor customer service
