This product doesn't work and when you…
This product doesn't work and when you email them to stop sending they keep on anyway. I want my money back as it DOES NOT WORK AND THEY DON'T REFUND YOU MONEY, JUST KEEP CHARGING YOU.
THIS IS A FRAUD
THIS IS A FRAUD. THERE IS NOTHING SPECIAL ABOUTTHIS VIAGRA. DON'T PAY THEIR FEES...AND THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT SUCKS. AND THEY GET NASTY, AND I GOT NASTY BACK.THEY TOLD ME I WOULD GET MY REFUND, BUT 5 DAYS LATER IT STILL HASN'T BEEN DONE, WAS TOLD IT WAS DONE AND THEN I GOT A LECTURE THAT WENT ON BEING READ FROM A SCRIPT...AGENT WOULDN'T SHUT UP WHEN I TOLD HIM TO STOP TALKING, CONTINUED TO TALK GIBBERISH...STAY AWAY ...FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD...
Product does not work
First of all the product I purchased did not work at all
I tried to contact them by email and they did respond I wanted a refund per the Facebook ad That’s when I got the absolute cold shoulder so I filed with PayPal and it’s in resolution now. I just want my 64.00 back. Be very wary of this company. They say their viagra AGV is the best but I’ve had better Viagra from my dr. This did not work and they automatically enroll you in a subscription
without you knowing it. PayPal cancelled it for me
Service was fine untill I tried to…
Service was fine untill I tried to cancel my subscription. That's when everything went off track. Several attempts to reach customer service, never got a hold of anyone. Would not recommend this company.
The reason for this negative complaint…Support person sucked
The reason for this negative complaint is because when I was trying to cancel my subscription...the guy trying to help me thought it was funny to tell me that he isn't going to be talked over when all I asked him to do is cancel my subscription. He kept trying to explain my opinions if I kept my account.
I told him I don't need to know all of this and to just cancel my subscription. (I might have added a few choice words because I didn't want to hear anything but "We are sorry to see you go Sir...and if you ever need our help again, we will be here for you." Now that is a way to possibly bring back a customer later if they need your product again.
NOT trying to explain all of their opinions...
I would NOT recommend this company... especially with all of the different ones currently on the market.
This company falsely advertizes
This company falsely advertizes a new and improved Viagra. Thats a lie. They say it is Manufactured only in the USA however it is also manufactured in France. Another lie. They want their pills back at my expense. This is a violation of federal law related to returning to them as the federal government clearly states no medication shall be returned to ensure safety. Score Blue owes me $8.20 for the return of these pills. Customer service is very very rude. Never ever use this scam company. You will be very sorry you did.
Buyer Beware
Liked the product, but not the auto ship they seemingly force down your throat. Very confusing website (likely intentionally so), making it difficult to adjust Prescription. I finally emailed them and cancelled, after also placing a dispute on my credit card for one of their unauthorized charges. Buyer Beware!!
Scoreblue.com is just plain generic Viagra (sildenafil citrate)
Scoreblue.com claims the product works in 15 minutes and claims that it has a unique formulation that makes it last longer. The sildenafil citrate came with the EXACT instructions as other generic Viagra products. It's also more expensive than other generic viagra I've received from Ro and Friday Plans. Their products worked without the misleading advertising. I searched my account page for a way to cancel. You can't do it online. You have to call. Spoke with a representative who said my Rx was cancelled.
This is a scam
This is a scam. Advertised new formula for Viagra. Acting in 11 minutes. What I received was Generic Viagra (Sildenafil) . Label says to take 1 hour before sex. It was several times the price that I can get the same thing at Sam's club.
Total fraud
It took 60 days to receive an email confirmation that scoreblue owed me a refund. They stated they would refund the amount which they never did. They also asked me if I reported this as fraud to my credit card company at one point.
They know after 60 days your bank or credit card co will not let you report fraud. Think they haven't scammed other's before.
This is a true website scam site
I tried the sildenafil and tadalafil…
I tried the sildenafil and tadalafil did not work for me, no effects whatsoever.
Buyer Beware!!
4, cc. Company doesn’t stand good on their promises to refund if their substandard product doesn’t work. They claim it to be a premium product, yet it’s worse than the generic version. BUYER BEWARE!! Nothing but scammers!!
customer service as promised
Customer service has been great. I had alot of questions. Sent several e-mails. All were answered promptly. When I had to unexpectively retun the product that was also handled with one e-mail. This company has delivered everything they promissed.
I made a purchase of 10 pills which…
I made a purchase of 10 pills which were effective enough. The next month, score Blue shipped me another 10 pills, advising me that I had purchased a monthly subscription. I never did. It’s just a big scam. They told me if I didn’t want the pills to just return them when they came in the mail, and they would refund me the money. I didn’t wait, I just called my bank and had the transaction canceled. This is a scam
My experience with this company was horrible
My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. I believe their advertising and claims about the product were misleading and did not match the results I experienced. When I contacted customer service to request a refund, my request was denied despite my concerns with the product. I was informed that their 120-day policy was firm and no exception would be made.
The customer service experience was frustrating and unhelpful, leaving me feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and encourage prospective customers to carefully review all policies and terms before making a purchase.
It's been over a month since I canceled…
It's been over a month since I canceled my subscription, which I didn't know I was subscribed to. By the way, for them to get credit on my credit card which I still haven't gotten. By the way over a month these guys are a scam. Don't waste your money.
Beware company and product is a Scam!
This company is a complete SCAM. Their ads and medication claims are completely FALSE. I ordered their product for a 1 month trial, but then they automatically reordered and charged me for another month of medication. When I called to question, they say the doctor automatically put you on a continual monthly plan and charges you. When I questioned that, they just said that's the way it is and hung up on me twice. Their customer service is appalling!
Score Blue a on line company for ED…
Score Blue a on line company for ED meds. Viagra AV or #3. I got my order they guaranteed to work none of it work. The pills were useless. I was so upset. I called and requested a refund. They refused to give me a refund. They said they close my account but they guarantee if it don’t work 10 minutes you would get a refund if you call the company requested and they call the company they give you a bunch of runaround. They have a whole bunch of information erroneous information on their website pertaining to this scam. This is the biggest scam for child dysfunction medication and they got the same medication you can buy and call it advanced method advance, method, Viagra, AV , Cialis, etc they don’t answer the emails and it’s hard to get through when you call. Don’t waste your time. Don’t waste your money buyers beware this is the biggest scam online recall dysfunction Assistance I’ve ever seen Don’t use this company Scoreblue.
Well you sent me a white pill that has…
Well you sent me a white pill that has AC 340 on it it is not the pill I ordered it won't give me my money back you keep telling me that it's the Viagra that I ordered it is not I looked it up it says it's Cialis and it's a generic pill you were telling me you would send the real pills this one does not work I cannot get a hold of anybody to even talk to about it and keep sending me emails telling me I'm stupid well I am going to the better Business bureau and I am going to get my money back you are doing this in an unprofessional manner do not buy these pills they do not work they send you the wrong pills
Another amazing Sildenifil scam
The generic Viagra that they claim to be amazing is no better than the ones that I get at my local pharmacy. Medicare covers 30 pills for around $15.00 and they're weak just like Scoreblue. Someone is getting cheap generics and repackaging them as a super Viagra which is a total scam. Then they charged me $65 for a recurring order that I never signed up for. The classic mail order scam. They told me that I could return the pills and that I might get a refund in 10-12 weeks. Stay far away from these fake ED pill liars and scammers. It's become an epidemic.
