Excellent sunglasses at reasonable prices

I bought sunglasses one month ago and they don't know the position of my delivery. Tha answer is everytime the same and I lost 80€, very bad experience

Total scam. Been a month and still not refunded me

Great customer service

The purchase process was excellent and the glasses arrived quickly. Fantastic shades that I use for everything including road cycling and emtb trips. I have a pair I keep in my car and they are the best driving glasses I have ever owned. I highly recommend these products.

Very good company to deal with, the glasses last for ever. The only thing that you could do better is have an option for non photochromic so that I can wear them driving as well

My trail ride experience is completed with my Saolar shades. For too long I was going without glasses or sunglasses, but got frustrated either with debris/insects getting in/near my eyes, or my regular sunglasses making things too dark while in the woods. My Saolar photochromic shades were game changing!! They are great quality and very reasonably priced - I highly recommend.

I got two models, one of which the top of the brand. Great lenses, perfect for end of the day in the forest! wind protection and fit to the head is top.
The lower cost model is not fitting my face so nicely, but I still use them in night ski touring when I need fully transparent glasses

This company looks like a major scam. They couldn’t send my order even 11 days after I purchased the glasses.

I wanted a transition type pair of riding glasses that block wind. I heard about Saolar Rampage and they checked off all the boxes. Comfortable to ware, love the transition type lenses. Having the prescription insert is an excellent idea. The zipper case is outstanding instead of the cloth pouch you normally get I couldn’t ask for anything more. These are outstanding writing glasses.

Recieved them a week ago and the lenses appear to react in the opposite way. If they are in a shaded or dark environment the lenses change to the advertised yellow for sun protection. If worn outside in the sun, then the lenses become clear. Disappointed, and too much effort for a $60 refund. Won't look at these ever again. Other than that they were comfortable on.

The prescription insert was unusable.
Worse, they wouldn't accept a return, despite the 100% satisfaction guarantee.

the photochromic lenses are sharp and change quickly. Just wish they were darker

A waste of money
Bought a pair and the plastic prescription insert broke, Can you guys replace. I like the product but need customer support. In hindsight maybe go with something else.

This is my 2nd. Pair . Fit is very good and the lens is great in all lighting situations. I have been looking at the
Tri eye mirror glasses when yours are in need of replacing .

Total scam company! I ordered a pair of sunglasses from them at the beginning of July, and they never came. It took me over a month, and they just kept blowing me off with excuses! I finally had to file a charge back to get a refund! I should’ve looked at their reviews before ordering! The products are made and shipped from china and they never arrive! They are just stealing money!

I found and ordered sunglasses made by this company through a Facebook ad. I placed the order on 7/1 from Saolar.com. Tracking info showed they were shipped from China (already a red flag when your $73 sunglasses are coming from China) and would arrive by 7/18/25. I gave them a grace. And then reached out to the company on 7/25/25. Emy Saolar replied on 7/26 and said they would look into it. On 7/31, I still did not have a reply. I reached out again, and again Emy Saolar said she would look into it. On 8/1/25, I insisted that they ship a replacement or issue a refund. Again Emy Saolar replied and told me my order was tracking. This was the original tracking showing they shipped 6/30/25. I went back and forth with this scam company for another two weeks through multiple promises of replacement glasses and refunds until I had to file a chargeback with my credit card company. Due to the length of time, my credit card company immediately resolved the permanent dispute in my favor and issued a full refund. If you want a legitimate trustworthy company, STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM SAOLAR! I WASTED TOO MUCH TIME WITH THIS SCAM! Clearly their goal is to get the customer to forget about it. I don’t think they have or ship real products! I believe this is an elaborate scheme to steal money! Buyer beware! Never buy any Saolar products!

The prescription lens mount broke, and they offered me a replacement for free.

The frame of the inlay glasses just fell apart after not even a year. After contacting the customer support about the warranty I initally was quite happy because I got a quick answer and a voucher for a free frame. After going through the checkout process I was supposed to pay for the shipping, so I asked the customer support about a voucher for free shipping and was told that I need to pay for shipping myself. This is just straight up illegal. After insisting on a free shipping voucher my messages were just ignored.
