RoRo USA not trustworthy
RoRo USA LLC was contracted and paid in full on 12/05/25 to ship my car from the USA to Angola. The content in the car made the shipping unviable. I requested cancellation of the contract 31/07/25. I did not get paid back for the services not rendered, despite almost monthly requests. Each reply had an excuse why the refund did not happen yet. The last request went without any response at all. Better Business Bureau was contacted for mediation and they did not get any reply either.
A quick internet search demonstrates that the company was sued at least once for similar behavior in not giving reimbursement for not provided services.
