Reliable Employer of Record with a Great User Experience

I had a very positive experience with Remote as my Employer of Record in Luxembourg for over three years.

The onboarding process was smooth, payroll was always accurate and on time, and the platform was easy to use for payslips, leave requests, and employment documents. Overall, everything worked as expected and made the administrative side of employment straightforward.

I would definitely recommend Remote to companies and employees looking for a reliable Employer of Record service.

Stay clear, they cannot be trusted with payroll.

Stay clear. They are NOT to be trust with payroll.
Just started using them as an employee at a new company. I am a contractor who submits invoices and my first invoice has yet to be paid, despite my client already having paid Remote.com 3 weeks ago.

My client paid Remote.com and they have managed to lose track of the money. Not an embellishment here, they have stated they don't know where it is, are unable to pay me out, despite the site showing the client already paid them, and we are now on our 3rd week of this invoice still not being paid.

Their customer service is basically them explaining the issues without giving guidance on how soon you can receive your money, just that they don't know what to do, constantly say they are escalating the problem, and thanking you for being patient.
Right now, my issue has been escalated to 4-5 different people. They also give ZERO guidance on when they will give you your money.

I have emails and correspondences have been tracked and collected for anyone interested to see how poor this whole experience has been.

Complete Liars and Unbelievably Incompetent – DO NOT TRUST THEM

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is a complete disaster and their team operates with zero due diligence. They have now botched my statutory EPF contributions for the THIRD time. Instead of crediting my money to EPF, they repeatedly route it to EPS. This isn't just a simple data entry typo; it is gross financial negligence and a massive failure in statutory compliance.
What is actually infuriating is that their support team will make fake statements and lie on the spot just to get rid of you. After they messed this up previously, they talked big and gave me a written guarantee: *"Please be assured that the case has been documented and will be tracked internally."*
That was a straight-up lie. There was absolutely no internal tracking and no oversight. They just spit out fake assurances to cover up their incompetence, didn't monitor a single thing, and then made the exact same mistake again this July.
I cannot understand the level of unprofessionalism here. It is obvious that nobody in this organization works with any honesty. They are carelessly messing with employees' statutory financial records and retirement funds, and they completely lack the basic competence required to fix it.
If your employer uses them for payroll or compliance, check your PF portal immediately. They are playing with your money and they do not care. Avoid this company at all costs.
