The process was simple and delivery was fast. They also called as soon the medication was delivered to quickly review the administration of the medication and answer any questions. It was actually a real person.

It took about a week to receive my meds but there has been good communication to set expectations.

Step by step instructions. This company had a follow up phone call with me which I really appreciated. Gave me the opportunity to ask questions.

I was treated very professionally and worked with courteous people throughout my experience to date. I am only starting the process and already on day one, I can tell the brain fog is lifting from NAD+ injection.

Ready RX is very helpful and very knowledgeable. They were there to answer any questions and provide me with additional information to help make the process very smooth. Shipping is also really quick.

This company is such a scam! They tell you you will consult with a doctor… but you don’t. They just mail the medication and if you have any questions, you can talk to their AI assistant. WOW!

But that’s not even the worse part!!! I ordered NAD and b12 shots. Per their own guidelines, I was supposed to have 2 shots a week for NAD and 2 for b12 for one month supply. That means 16 syringes are needed to administer the injections. They only sent me 8. I called and advised them of situation and the lady said there is nothing she can do! I am only asking for them to send me enough syringes to use the medication for per their own suggestions of how often to use.. and they won’t!! am not going to reuse syringes or double up on medication. Apparently they don’t care. This stuff is not cheap and their lack of care is shocking.
I asked to ship the medication back that has not been opened and they refused! They also refuse to cancel my quarterly subscription until I call them again which is ridiculous. Clearly they are just trying to make it as difficult as possible.

I liked the follow up from this company. They really care about their consumers

The fact that a real person even called and went over everything with was great. So many of these peptide companies now just use AI and it’s incredibly frustrating

It's nice to have a check in. The rep was professional and courteous. I've only used the products once since they arrived. They shipped in a secure package with the appropriate packing material to insure quality and arrived in a timely manner.

UPS was to deliver on friday, but failed to deliver until the following monday. I had some concerns, but was able to get all the support that I needed through chat and over the phone. In an age where phone support from most companies can be described as almost non existent, i was given prompt and thorough help when I called.

I doubt most customers would need phone support. This experience though, has cemented my confidence in this company!

I just received my Sermorelin today and so far so good as far as customer service goes. The delivery time was accurate and they we also very informative on the phone.
