This was such a great experience for me. I found something that I had been looking for seemingly for ages. I had some problems with ordering online, but I called the store and we figured it out! I am grateful for all their help and the lightening fast shipping. All in all, I would highly recommend. A+++. Thank you. Will buy from again, no question.

Awful experience at Pop Music I got my orders cancelled because I ordered multiple copies of the same product witch is allowed being that most of the record stores have a limit of 4 per order even if it’s a signed copy. Rude staff never gave the effort to apologize for there mistake you will get your order in but if they see you order too many they will cancel it and even call you on your personal phone to ask why you order so many vinyl records witch is none of there business. Also being said with there point system I collected many points and when I used them they cancelled my order and didn’t refund my points I used on my order. Very bad experience and it will be the last time I will ordering from them again wish it was resolved but I guess they don’t want business so I’ll be ordering from other record stores.

I ordered three records Tuesday (including the hard to find 35th Anniversary Re-release of Tracy Chapman), opted for Expedited Shipping and the records were in London, Ontario by Thursday. Very happy with the service! Thanks!!

ATTENTION - LIAR & SCAMMER - ATTENTION
They don't send the records. Then they say they are too small and can't afford to refund. They will tell you to file a claim with Canada Post and have them refund. I refused because it was Pop Music who didn't send my records. They lied and made the claim pretending to be me. Etc... Their modus operandi is to not send the records, to arrange for the customer to file a claim with Canada Post even if they are the ones responsible (they don't file a claim with Canada Post (they can even pretend to be you) for fear of getting caught and their scam being discovered). In short, their scam is to not send anything but to get paid by Canada Post!!! SCAMMER!!!

You will never receive your order and Pop Music will wash its hands of it (doesn't care about the law)! In short, avoid this merchant at all costs. With a little research you will find better prices elsewhere but above all, you will receive your order!

Stolen, lost or missing parcel
When the contract provides for the delivery of goods, the merchant is required to take the necessary means to ensure you receive your order. In many cases, a signature is required upon receipt of the parcel. However, in more and more cases, parcels are simply left at the door. A merchant that chooses this option must then take responsibility if the parcel disappears.

They just don't send !!!
