Pollpay is a mostly a scam! I realize some have cashed out, having said that; They changed things around so i couldnt submit a ticket and would not pay me. Then I complain about that and get deactivated lol They are trash. Dont waste yor time. There are so many on here with fake 5 stars, no one in their right mind gives a survey site that rating as EVERTYONE is cheated on some surveys and the site doesnt always provide credit. The sites in fact allows all those shady tricks that goes on with providers surveys.

Once i had over 10$ in app and wanted to withdraw it. I couldn’t do it and there was a message “account under review contact support “ and of course support is not answering

Please don t use, you pdon t get paid for completed surveys, some of them are 15+ minutes, after completing surveys just disappear

Already member for years and happy ... until last few months. The majority of the survey I successfully fill in end up being longer than promised and to end up disqualified with ZERO reward. When you contact support, even with last screen proving that youvreach the end, you don't get a real answer, just always the same email that they are not responsible, it's a decision of provider
Last one in date, around 5 min ago, 222 point ( which is realy good) promised for a survey about mcdonalds, I finalized it, and again no reward. I even will not open a useless ticket and will just report it here. In the last months they should have granted me with more than 20€ that never arrive, bug can happen but not so often and on top, it needs to be manager, not just consider it as normal, people took their time, they must be rewarded for it ...

They are very expensive and added hidden charges

Spent hours, made a few dollars but was still under the minimum withdrawal limit. So technically made nothing. Now unable to access the account.

Often makes you fill in more information than is necessary only to disqualify you, further wasting time.

Not supporting clients as frode happening.

Very dishonest. never keep promises. Never pay cashback. Takes forever to reach payable and then they simply deactivate your account to keep your money. Without any reason, without any explanation. Outrageous!
