Highly Recommend. 1st Class Service.
We moved house and decided to have existing boiler and immersion tank replaced with a Combi system and moved from our Utility room to the garage. We had 2 quotes and accpted the quote from Plumbcall.Mark came over and discussed everything with us. He was so confidence inspiring.
Work began on the 9th and finished yesterday. A young man named Zach/Zack did the work. He did an amazing job. Absolutely 1st Class. He was extremely hard working. He kept us informed throught the whole process. Zach/Zack has a fantastic work ethic. He was respectful, polite,kind and a very nice young man.
We highly Recommend Plumbcall.

Great service
First used the company for an emergency replacing a leaking flue which they responded to immediately. Following this the company have carried out further jobs ( replacing taps, gas safety cert and replacing corroded external water and sump pipes). Thanks to the young man who worked on the external pipes when it was cold and raining. Happy with all the work they have carried out which were as quoted. Great service and cleaned up after.

Bathroom leak
Phoned Saturday morning for an emergency call out due to a leak from our bathroom through to the kitchen ceiling that was missed by a different company. Arrived within 30 minutes of phoning and found the source of the leak within 10 minutes and booked in to fix the issue next week. Very impressive service! Will definitely be using plumb call again.

I contacted PlumbCall privately to complete my annual boiler inspection sooner, as my insurance could only schedule it in February 2026. They identified an incorrectly fitted flue that previous inspections had missed—the defect had been concealed by the previous owner. If anyone.boiler breaks down do not use this company they take your call out charge £178 say it needs a part I agree to part being fixed and this morning they say part will take up 2week I still agree to this they sent me email basically saying ask someone else to fix it they just won’t the call out charge now I have to pay some one else. As explained in our full letter, we attended the emergency visit to see if we could get your boiler running; this was a diagnostics-only visit, and no repair was guaranteed. From the initial call, we advised contacting British Gas, who had recently carried out significant repairs and should handle any ongoing work. We attended as an emergency, at your request, because you advised British Gas couldn’t get out sooner, but unfortunately we were unable to get the boiler running. The diagnostic service was completed in full.
Friendly, professional and efficient.
