I find a lot of software to be clunky and difficult to get past setup. Pilot was so simple to get going. No manual document migration, or recreation. That had to have saved me at least 20-hours alone. So far it's exactly what I was looking for in a knowledge management tool.

I was looking for a solution to create a knowledge base from existing documentation in Google Drive (without having to manually re-enter into a tool). Pilot does just that, and does it flawlessly.

They also added the ability to create public-facing Wikis that can be shared easily with companies outside of our org. I didn't realize how useful this was until I spun one up to leverage for a customer project.

Pilot is great! We never really got a wiki to stick with our team because it became tough to manage. So far pilot seems to have solved those issues.
