Placed order. They never could produce watch. Countless false statements. Website claims one thing, responding message claim another. They have no watches. Nothing is produced "in French factories". They actually have no watches in stock, and do not actually ever produce watches. Simply crime sydicate

SCAM. Website gone, Instagram profile gone and no responses to emails. I have no choice but to award a single star, only because there no option for zero stars.

I had a terrible experience with the shipping, customer support communication and compensation which i never recieved because of some internal problems ...

Just buy a orginial Seiko and you will never have these problems.

Poor product and customer services. Watch misted up through the lightest of wear. They did offer to have the product assessed by their technical department but, after 18 emails, I knew which way things would go so cut my losses and stopped hoping they would do the right thing....

I have ordered the Seikedate in green. The watch itself presents an aesthetically pleasing appearance.

Unfortunately, it malfunctioned immediately upon use. The water resistance performance fell significantly short of the advertised specifications, and more concerning, the mechanical components failed after approximately two weeks of wear. The dial appears to have caused internal surface damage to the watch mechanism, resulting in complete operational failure without any external impact.

The customer support experience proved highly unsatisfactory, involving prolonged correspondence over several months characterized by repeated apologies for the inconvenience while consistently delaying substantive responses. Ultimately, they declined to authorize either a return or replacement of the defective timepiece.

I would strongly advise against purchasing this watch, as the product quality and service experience suggest significant reliability concerns.

Don’t buy a watch from Orlier – I speak from personal experience; I bought three watches, and not a single one arrived as ordered. They offered me a watch as compensation via WhatsApp, but after that they stopped getting in touch and didn’t reply to my messages. My emails came to nothing. Don’t buy from Orlier; there are better and more reliable Seiko mods out there.

This company is what they say they are! They sell you quality replica watches. Don’t expect omega craftsmanship or quick shipping. They said 3 weeks and it got here in 4 weeks. I got the 007 watch and it’s exactly what you would expect, a modded seiko designed too like an iconic watch. Its looks and feels great and i would buy from them again. Customer support is great too, they will get to you through whats app and email after a couple days. Good company, just gotta be patient.

Ordered the 007 watch from them and got a little bit shakey because it took a considered amount of time before the watch arrived. Having read some reviews saying that Orlier is a scam I was afraid to have lost my money. However I kept in touch with them and the watch finally arrived in a pretty box.
The watch looks very decent and I’m happy with it.
The mesh strap looks allright but is to short for my wrists.
Overall, good watch for a decent price.

Ordered the Orlier Seikomaster 007 edition, it’s a decent looking watch, but they missed the mark on a couple things. The original Omega watch has a matte finished bezel, whereas the Orlier watch has a glossy finished bezel. And they didn’t even put the broad arrow marking at the 6 o’clock position. I would have preferred not having the display case backing because the movement is nothing special. The mesh bracelet also seems a little cheap, so that’ll be getting replaced. Overall, it’s not bad enough to return and pay the international shipping, but probably won’t buy another one from them.

I would give them 0 star. They charged my credit card and never deliver anything. It is a SCAM.

I paid for a watch a was given an order number. After 2 weeks of being told my watch was being assembled and then told it was delayed I’ve had no communication from them I’m regards to any of my e mails. Luckily I paid through Klarna so I’ll be able to stop the payment and get my money back if I don’t receive any items.
All I can say is customer service is non existent and i warn anyone else from using this company as it seems to be a scam
