They did the right thing. They covered my washer, but with loaded questions about when I last used it. I have had good luck with Old Republic, eventually, with this washer and very solid experience... See more

Put in a request for my AC (Second time in 25 days) same issue.
They assigned to Burgors ac. They came out Monday. Said they had to order part. Waiting and more Waiting for a call back for scheduling. Sent a message via Old Republic internal message. No response. Tuesday. Finally received a call from Old Republic that I would have to pay a portion. Ok let's get it done. Called Burgoes. They have had no contact to ok service. Wednesday. Second call to Old Republic (for a total over 3 hours on hold), they called Burgoes while I was on the phone. Came back and said everything was set. So in call for appointment. Said they would call back in a couple hours to let me know when they can schedule it. Crickets.. Very frustrating to say the least.
**Robo response asking for email knowing you can't add email to posts.
And of course Old Republic has no email communication to send your frustration.

We have a policy with this company and we submitted a service request. The pool company came and tried to fix it, but by the next day, the pump was still leaking. I tried to contact them multiple times, via phone and email, and nothinig but crickets. Every single time I called them, I ended up on hold for over 45 minutes. I refuse to hold for much longer than that. I also tried email, and the only response I received was that someone would reach out to us. It's been over a week without any responses. I ended up cancelling our policy.

The wait time of over 2 hours to get a representative on the phone to set a call-back of a technician was absolutely ridiculous.

If there is less than one star I would choose it ,
This is my first year with them and I will not renew them or recommend them to even my enemies . They lack professionalism and they don’t have any customer support they only stand by their vendors not the customers .
First issue , I called them 35 days after the service order was completed with the same problem and instead of ordering a new service with No charge but Nope they didn’t care and charged me again for a new service, then here is the big surprise,They charge me deductible and the account shows the work was completed for a service I never even received.
I can’t believe this would ever happen
This is fraud and I can’t get a hold of anyone to help me out. What a scammers
If I have to sue them and the repair company who allegedly fixed my appliance I will .

Service was prompt. Technicians extremely knowledgeable and polite. We had to wait about a week for a part, but as soon as they received the part they scheduled a time to complete the repair. Excellent customer service.

I was on the phone simply waiting,,, for over an hour three times.
The contractor Pipe Medic, was telling me the pipe leak was outside the house therefore I was to pay him directly if I wanted it to be fixed,,,,, this same pipe was suppose to have been repaired by him before,,,, just 60 days prior,,, he never said it was a NOT covered job then, I had to have H&M plumbing come out and do the repair ….. this all cost me service fees. And time.
I have no idea where you get your repair men but this kind of service is not what I signed up for.
The pipe leak above was in my basement not outside the structure,,,, look at your complaint records which I had to stay on the phone and wait till someone picked up the line.
As an added note; H&M plumbing also had to be called back as the pipe under my sink was leaking again after the plumber left,,, I call them asked them to come back and fix it, but they said they needed a new job number and then they would repair their leak.
I pay $840 a year for your warranty but it appears I am not getting much for it.

Great phone conversations to setup service and then the service providers called right away and scheduled right away. Thank you.

I had a repair job that ORHP's contractor could not address in the tome required. Therefore I was given permission to hire an outside contractor to do the work. The job cost me $4000+ dollars. I am being reimbursed only $1300+ dollars. Halfway would have been nice.
