OnDeck's lack of humanity
After taking a loan with OnDeck, a few months later my company experienced hardship with respect to cashflow. When I called and emailed them several times, the best they would do is offer a one-month payment reduction while STILL considering the loan as delinquent and telling credit rating agencies this. Because they consider it delinquent, they charge additional fees and are incredibly rude when trying to negotiate to keep the account current. In fact, they have been the least willing finance company I've ever worked with to arrive at a fair and equitable settlement. They make no actual accommodations and they blacklist you even when you are making unreasonably high payments to accommodate their timeline. I highly recommend NOT doing business with these criminals.

Fast, easy and very helpful
