BE VERY WARY! I have ordered 2 pairs of shoes for my mother 2nd July, money was taken (thankfully credit card). I have had no confirmation of sale nor are they contactable via email, telephone, contact form or Instagram DM ie you cannot contact them. To me it looks like a scam business with a very convincing web presence. I will now have to go through the process of reporting and claiming my money back which takes time & energy! Horrible predicament to be in.

Dress took 2-3 weeks to arrive, with multiple emails apologising but reassuring me that my dress would be with me "soon" , but failing to be more specific.
Disappointed with dress when it did arrive - not the colour / material I expected. Moralea wouldn't consider a return until I sent a photo to prove that it was the product they had sent! Even then declined my sending it back for refund. Offered for me to keep the dress (despite not wanting it) and for me as a concession to buy another dress with a 15% reduction! Subsequently, they offered me a 15% refund! Apparently, if I return the dress for a full refund, it is at my cost - and they tell me that will be expensive!
Not a customer focused experience. Recommend that you avoid using this company!

Amazing designs in here, I visit this website just for seeking new designs and didn't plan to buy, but it made me to buy from here.

Company is uncontactable, return address is incorrect. Telephone number is an incorrect format.
Emails unanswered.
No way of returning or getting a refund without them instigating the process.
Trainer sizes really small, 6 is more like a 5 or less.
I would not recommend buying from this site I'm starting to think it's a scammy site.

I had a great experience visiting this store through their online website and it was very basic and easy to use.

I ordered some trainers but when they came they sent the wrong ones. I have been trying to contact Moralea for a week or more. They have not responded to my emails. I cannot return the shoes until Moralea sends me details of where and how to do this.
