Reading the magazine for several months and became quickly aware that they discriminate companies for unusual political based reasons rather than based on their fundamentals and performance -therefore not worth reading or buying.

The advise given is common knowledge and makes sense, though some people need reminding!

I was lured into getting a quote on auto insurance from these folks. The bait was laid by Yahoo Finance. Since my policy just about doubled, I wanted a quote. I provided the same information 3 times in many cases as the quote was prepared by Allstate. The quote was 30% higher than my current quote at AAA. I'm hoping I don't get more robo-calls and spam emails because I asked for a quote, but that's usually what happens.

We wish this wonderful financial counseling had been available when we were young enough to use it. We are in our eighties now and do not have the energy any more. We have done pretty well but would have fared better with Dave Ramsey's advice.
