Items Not Delivered and No Refund

Items were allegedly "delivered" to my local carrier, then was "out for delivery" but suddenly "held at post office by customer request" which I never made and then items "returned to sender" and then "received by sender" but no refund. No email informing me of this (after I got 4 emails when I made purchase) and website shows no history of my purchases and no order at all for confirmation number they gave me. I get lots of deliveries no problem, so this is definitley fraud here. It's one of those too-good-to-be-true outfits with massive impressive selection but fishy, non-transparent, confusing and ultimately unsuccessful shipping/delivery. I've even gotten Avon I ordered from Poland delivered without a problem. This business is total BS.

No Worries, Great Prices and Safe Fast Delivery

I've ordered several times from makeupstore.com and never had a problem. I've received my order quickly and well packed. When the current administration added tariffs, the website did not allow me to order. That is no longer the case. Prices are great- so low I was suspicious, but no worries. No scam to get bank or credit information. I think I paid using Paypal with their protections, but not needed anyhow. Great resource for products from all over the world. I enjoy ordering and looking through their huge selection.

Pleasantly Surprised

I was a little hesitant to order from this site after looking at the other reviews.
However I couldn't find the specific Shampoo I was looking for from anywhere else at a reasonable price so I decided to take the risk.
I am glad I did as the order arrived quickly & as described.
They were really well packaged to protect them & the lids were even taped closed to prevent any chance of a leakage.

Not a recommended website

I placed 2 orders on their site (March 18th and March 29th). Up to this day, none of the orders have been delivered. I contacted several times their customer support and I didn’t get an answer to every email. And when they did answer, it is only to ask for patience. No local tracking number is provided and no reorder/refund solution is offered. That’s a shame for a website said “legit”.

No proof of postage, no order

I had a few mostly positive experiences until now, when I placed a big order and it was not delivered. The shipping company did not receive the parcel, and makeupstore.com is refusing to provide the proof of postage.
I will report fraud to the bank and hope everyone does the same.

Such a bad website

Such a bad website
I placed an order and they shipped it after approximately 5 days and they gave me a tracking code TMUIL0220803988130 they told me it's will be delivered on 28-April
But the tracking code is stuck since 14 days in transit and still not delivered or even new update happened.... I contacted the shipping company they said they don't have the order then i contacted the website they said on 26 April this message "Shipment is scheduled within the next 10 days". Like what i can do??! I applied for refund and they don't reply at all ...Such a bad service

They are simply stealing your money

I ordered a spray product for my hair and it was never delivered. I received a notification saying that it was delivered, however, they could not provide any pictures of the delivered item, not even the carrier who delivered it. Customer service is useless. I guess I have to complain to consumer affairs. These people are plainly stealing money.

The worst perfumes company i have ever…

I am Ramy Ismail . Have received my first perfumes order from them today. I can say that they are The worst perfumes company i have ever dealt with. Plus that i still have doubts about the authenticity of thier perfumes but i will open it and wear it and write another review very soon. But in general as an online perfumes company it is really the worst ever and not recommend it at all.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with this store.

I placed an order on April 6 with a promised delivery time of 6–7 business days. However, more than two weeks later, my order has still not been delivered.

The tracking status shows that the shipment has not even been handed over to the courier, despite customer support repeatedly claiming that it has already been dispatched. This is misleading and unacceptable.

I also contacted the delivery company directly, and they confirmed that they have not received the parcel at all.

This is not the first time I have experienced such delays with this store, which clearly indicates ongoing issues with their service and order processing.

Instead of resolving the problem, customer support keeps sending generic responses and asking for more patience, without providing any real solution.

I cannot recommend this store. Very poor service, long delays, and lack of transparency.

Everything ok.

Bought 3 perfumes. All 3 original and I received them in perfect shape and well packaged. Shipping took a bit longer than anticipated and the status on the shipping company was stuck for few days (while still moving, just not updating). Ordered on 31st, received them on 11th. Not bad since they travelled from PL to USA (all the way to the west coast).

Customer support super responsive, friendly and professional, luckily had no problems with the items so I cannot speak how the interaction would had been in that case.

I love the products I ordered and I verified authenticity (QR code).

I chose to buy from them because they had one fragrance that I couldn't find anywhere else ...

There is no way to contact customer service. The phone number doesn’t work, and neither does the chat window. I sent a message through the website, and no one has responded.

i ordered several packets of cerave…

i ordered several packets of cerave moisturizer 16oz refills because they are not sold where i live. my order was processed quickly and they informed me of a delay of shipping before i had a chance to even wonder where my order was. upon arrival i discovered one of the packets had burst during shipping. i contacted customer service and they handled my claim quickly and efficiently.
