I need to frame a number of pieces for a second home we are working on and decided to give Level Frames a try with one piece before I committed to framing about a dozen more. The ordering process is very straight forward and I love the you can duplicate frames easily. The frame arrived in just over a week (so probably arrives within a week as I ordered just before the July 4th holiday).

The frame arrived exactly as pictured. It was packaged very securely and came with everything needed to frame the artwork and hang it. The instructions (if you need them - it’s pretty self-explanatory) are clear, pre-drilled holes made putting the wire hanger on easy, as did the included screwdriver.

All-in-all it took me 10 minutes from unboxing to hung on my wall and it looks perfect. I’m sold and will be ordering all of the frames I need for the rest of the artwork (and maybe a few other pieces that I have been procrastinating on for years because I can’t swallow the cost of going to a frame store).

I purchased a print and I must say the quality is fantastic! The colors, the fine art paper is so beautiful. The care in packing and shipping is unbelievable. This company takes pride in their work. From the printing all the way to shipping. They have the best custom framing on the Internet! I have never experienced such care. I will be using them as my source for fine art prints & frames...
