Extremely Poor quality and even worse customer service

I ordered 2 different sets from this site.
the knives do look beautiful, but their quality is terrible.
2 of the knives in eh set have chipped so bad they are no longer usable. In fact I no longer use the other knives for fear the "metal" may break off in my food undetected.
One set of Knives that I ordered was listed as "Damascus Steel" but they do not contain enough "steel" or metal in general to hang on a magnetic knife strip. I have numerous other knives on this strip so i know it is not the strip.

I contacted them and they only thing they said was that it was the blocks problem and not the knife. they completely disregarded the pictures and note about the chipping. Even when pictures were included
