Hello everyone. What is going on with the company Jumingo? I have been waiting so long for a response from them regarding the whereabouts of my package—I believe it has been two or three months now. They lost it, yet they refuse to take full responsibility, even though I paid for package insurance. Why do you treat customers this way? What kind of people work at this company? Fake promise that the package will be…

Fake promise that the package will be delivered in 3-4 days with JUMINGO recommended option. Guys, never click that. That will be the cheapest option but they are cheating on our back. If we choose it to save a few bucks, we will have a lot of surprises. If you want to send packages without any time preference, then choose it. But if they say 3 to 4 days only 20€, then never click it. It will be definitely take 15 days or even more which was in my case. So book only through courier websites like UPS, DHL etc.
JUMiNGO doesnt have any customer care number as well, which is the worst. Your package is out in the air and you have to count days. My dear friends, choose wisely. A few extra bucks can guarentee prompt delivery.

We would like to clarify why the additional charge was applied. An Additional Handling fee is charged when a shipment requires special handling because it cannot be processed through Carrier 's standard automated sorting and transport systems.

When booking a shipment, this information is available by clicking the information ("i") icon next to the packaging type in our shipping cost calculator. If the selected packaging type does not match the actual shipment, Carrier may apply the corresponding surcharge after inspection.

We also regret that our service was perceived as having a poor attitude. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve.

In the beginning everything went great

In the beginning everything went great, but there were a lot of delays. Delivery was a bit later, so if you're on a tight schedule, I wouldn't recommend. The customer service was good!

Unreliable Pickup Service

I booked a UPS pickup through Jumingo for today between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm. Unfortunately, nobody came to collect the parcel.
I then had to call UPS myself and reschedule the pickup for 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Shortly before 6:00 pm, UPS informed me that the pickup was no longer possible because the driver had already finished work for the day.
The reason given was that they supposedly did not have my specific office address. This is not understandable to me, because the office address was clearly written on the shipping label. In addition, I previously shipped a parcel successfully using exactly the same information.
I therefore do not know whether Jumingo failed to provide the complete information to UPS, or whether the problem was on UPS’s side. In the end, however, this makes no difference to me as a customer: the booked pickup was not carried out, the communication was poor, and nobody took proper responsibility.Because of this failure, my samples can now only be shipped one week later.
Overall, the service from Jumingo in combination with UPS was completely unreliable. This was a very disappointing experience, and I unfortunately cannot recommend this service.

Pretty good service. I will use it again

The process to get the label was pretty easy and good, the next day the person taking the parcel came and called before, I couldn't open the door the first time he came, but he came a second time in the afternoon and he was really nice.
The only thing is that the parcel arrived with a couple of days later than expected but when a service is that nice this is not even important.

Jumingo promised

Jumingo promised the shipment to be delivered in the last days of May. For a number of days the transport "was on its way" to its final destination. Nobody at Jumingo could confirm where the goods were. Surprised to hear the goods arrived eventually, but days thereafter the goods were still "on its way" to the destination. No response from the help desk, but we received a hefty invoice for recalculation . The previous comment in Trustpilot is nowhere to be found - interesting.....This company never again!

THEY STOLE MY PASSPORT

THEY STOLE MY PASSPORT,
I CREATED THE SHIPPING REQUEST THROUGH JUMINGO AND THEN SENT THE LABEL TO MY BROTHER SO HE SEND MY PASSPORT TO ME AMONG OTHER DOCUMENTS AND A SIM CARD, THE ENVELOPE ARRIVED ONLY WITH THE SIM CARD AND IT WAS OPEN AND CLOSED AGAIN WITH A TAPE.
I DON'T KNOW WHERE IS MY PASSPORT AND I AM FREAKING OUT, STILL DIDN'T GET ANY ANSWER FROM JUMINGO OR FROM UPS THE SHIPPING COMPANY AND I HAVE A FLIGHT IN 48 HOURS.

(AGAIN THE PACKAGE THAT WAS DELIVERED IN THE UPS ACCESS POINT HAS ONLY THE SIM CARD.
MY PASSPORT AND ID ARE MISSING FROM THE ENVELOPE, ENVELOP WAS OPENED AND TAPED AGAIN, YOU DIDN'T EVEN READ MY CLAIM OR PLEASE ANSWER MY TICKET NO.853342)

Very disappointing experience with JUMiNGO.

We used JUMiNGO to arrange the return of a shipment from Singapore back to France after the customer refused delivery.
The shipment was clearly declared as a RETURN shipment, and all supporting documents were provided, including the original export invoice and return documentation. The returned parcel contained exactly the same goods that had previously been exported.
Despite this, customs duties and additional fees were charged when the goods were returned to us.
The issue is not only the charges themselves. The real problem is the complete lack of investigation and support from JUMiNGO.
We repeatedly asked very specific questions:

• Why was a documented return shipment processed as a standard import?
• Was Returned Goods Relief requested or considered?
• What customs procedure was used?
• Why were customs duties paid on our behalf?

Instead of answering these questions, we received generic template responses explaining that customs duties may apply to imports.
At no point did JUMiNGO explain:
• whether the return relief procedure was requested,
• why it was not applied,
• or provide any customs documentation supporting the charges.

As a business customer, we chose JUMiNGO because the service is presented as helping customers manage international shipments and resolve shipping-related issues. Unfortunately, when an actual issue occurred, we received only standard responses and no meaningful assistance.
The charges remain disputed, and we are still waiting for a proper explanation.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend JUMiNGO for handling international return shipments.

The shipping rates booked through our platform cover transportation services only and do not include customs duties, taxes, or other charges that may be assessed by customs authorities or the carrier during the import process.

The determination of customs procedures, including the application of Returned Goods Relief or other customs regimes, is made by the customs authorities and the carrier or customs broker handling the clearance. For this reason, any dispute regarding customs duties, import taxes, or the customs procedure used must be addressed directly with the carrier and the relevant customs authorities, as they are the parties responsible for customs processing and can provide the corresponding documentation and explanations.

We regret that we were unable to provide the outcome you expected and appreciate your feedback. We wish you all the best in resolving this matter with the parties responsible for the customs clearance process.

My parcel which includes my tractors parts seems in Italy (instead of Cyprus) and there are no new information on your website since 5th of June. I have opened two tickets but no answers yet. Please help as soon as possible. I am a farmer and those parts are very urgent and precious for me. JUMI260512QM8F1NGOP is my tracking number. They (parcel) sent by Meindl from Germany. (My parcel sent from Hofheim Germany on 20 May 2026)

I had never heard of Jumingo before

I had never heard of Jumingo before, however I needed my daughter to send us some urgent documents from the US to Spain, where we live. I easily arranged and paid for a 1-2 express service. The envelope my daughter used was a regular 9x5 envelope....the driver said it was the smallest package he had ever picked up!! But they picked up on a Friday afternoon in Colorado and we received by noon on Monday! It was literally half the price of using DHL directly on their website. Thank you Jumingo I will definitely use you again!!
