I ordered a necklace from JewelrySeven, and I was honestly impressed with the quality. The item looked exactly like the pictures, and delivery was quicker than expected. Packaging was also very nice and felt premium.

Overall, I had a good shopping experience. The jewelry quality was better than I expected, and the ordering process was simple. I just wish there were more updates during shipping, but the product itself was lovely.
Advertised as Non-Tarnish, Tarnished After 3 to 4 Wears
Purchased jewellery advertised as "non-tarnish" and suitable for everyday wear. Unfortunately, multiple pieces tarnished and lost their colour after only 3 to 4 wears.
When I contacted customer service, I was told that because more than 14 days had passed since delivery, no refund or replacement would be offered. My concern was not that I had changed my mind about the product, but that it failed to perform as advertised.
I asked the company to explain how jewellery marketed as non-tarnish could deteriorate after only a handful of wears and requested a manager review the issue. Instead, I received repeated responses referring to their 14-day policy and suggesting external factors may have caused the tarnishing, without addressing the non-tarnish claim itself.
Very disappointed with both the product quality and the handling of my complaint. I would not purchase again based on this experience.

I emailed customer service and was told to send a picture of the rose gold bracelet and a video of the bracelets with the clasp issue. I received an email stating that they cannot tell if there is an issue with the clasp. As a company why not ask for the items to be returned so you can determine if there is an issue. The rose gold bracelet, I was told to align the bracelet and gently pull rather than twist…I do not see where this would make the bracelet longer and I’m not going to break the bracelet. This is very unprofessional and disappointing that a company will not stand by their own product!!

jEWELRY sEVEN SURPRISED ME IN A GOOD WAY. i PICKED UP A CLOVER BRACELET SET AND THE PACKAGING LOOKED MUCH MORE POLISHED THAN i EXPECTED. oNE ITEM HAD A TINY SCRATCH, THOUGH CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPLIED POLITELY AND SORTED IT QUICKER THAN ANTICIPATED.

My thoughts on the website are mixed. The jewellery designs are genuinely pretty and easy to browse through, but delivery took much longer than the estimate shown during checkout. The necklace itself was decent once it finally arrived.
False advertising
Not only received the wrong item, the item was also unwearable as faulty clasp prevented it from opening to wear. Customer service was awful with obviously purposeful delay tactics to trying force the problem unresolved past return time along with the audacity to argue the item was the correct item sent based on warehouse word of mouth when it was very clearly not the correct item from the photos I provided compared to their adverted images on website of what ordered. Glad I purchased using PayPal and they resolved this scam because it was evident this company profit is reliant on scamming people. Would strongly advice no one to buy from them as their advertising of items may look appealing but the images do not match the products they send.
Wrong item sent, Expect delaying tactics if you want to return something
Wish id never ordered from this company. Items look nice,however TWO different sets plus an additional necklace were all sent in the same gift box which makes it very difficult to give to different people as gifts, as id intented. When looking at the items the necklace had been sent in gold when I ordered silver. Emailed J7 asking to return , was told I need to send photos of the items PLUS a photo of the original packaging so they can review the warehouse packaging info....not my problem!! That's for J7 to look into, I just want rhe address to return. When I said I don't have the packaging, they emailed back saying "Without the parcel label information, unfortunately we are unable to continue the verification process with the warehouse team."....I actually don't care! I pointed out their Returns Policy on their website says NOTHING about having to retain packaging. I've asked again for the return address, as I'm going on holiday in two days and by the time I come back it'll be after thr 14 days to return. I feel like they're deliberately stalling me and putting up unnecessary obstacles. AVOID AVOID AVOID

They are a big lie. I wear my bracelet since 2 weeks and it’s looking already used. They write “last for a lifetime” this is a fraud. They ask for a review very fast after delivery I know now why… they don’t last a month beautiful, only a few weeks 😂
