AVOID - marble did not match sample or description
Ordered Calacatta Verda Honed Green Marble Tiles for my bathroom after having received a sample which I liked. Unfortunately, the tiles I ordered did not match the sample at all - the sample, description, photos and Instagram videos all showed the tiles as green, white and grey. The tiles I received were mostly pink and brown. After complaining, I was told that this was a natural variation in the stone but that I could return the tiles at my cost for a refund. The tiles are far beyond what is reasonable in "natural variation" given the sample and photos they supplied to me - it looks like a totally different stone and colour and none of the tiles supplied match the description or sample provided. It is impossible for me to return the tiles for a refund since they weigh 210kg and pallet companies have said I need to supply the pallet and wrap them for shipping which I do not have the equipment to do as a retail consumer. Company is unwilling to help so now stuck with 210kg marble I am unable to shift or use and out of pocket £900.

Supplied tiles that were the wrong colour and incorrect quantity, were a nightmare to deal with, extremely rude. Ended up winning a small claims court judgement against them. AVOID

Marble tiles with the WOW factor
I'm so pleased with the look and quality of the 'Calacatta Violetta Monet' marble tiles I bought from Intmarble. I liked them so much that I ordered more of the same tiles in order to tile another bathroom.
My tiler said that the tiles were easy to use and we both agree that the tiles look fabulous.
Delivery was fast.
Intmarble's Customer Service was very helpful, friendly and professional - both on the phone and via email.
I will be recommending Intmarble to my family and friends!
