It is a pain in the neck! It needs address proof no matter how many different addresses (my address, my partner's, and even my friends') I tried to enter for payment. Awful and super annoying. I do not receive any bills directly, so I can't send them bills for address proof! Not to mention my place is literally on a main street in Geneva, so there is no complication about it so that a system cannot find it.

I recently joined this gym and I’m really impressed! The equipment is truly world-class. Everything is modern, well-maintained, and there’s plenty of variety for any type of workout. The trainers are always ready to help, whether it’s correcting form, giving tips, or just motivating you to push a little further. What I love most is the ambiance. It’s cosy, clean, and welcoming, which makes working out here such a positive experience. Definitely a place I’d recommend to anyone serious about their fitness!”

Waste of time and will put you in difficulty I have given this a try and was encouraged to make a purchase of something I don’t really need since they offer digital credit ( vouchers) at some stores today I’ve tried to make the purchase of an item worth 300€ tried to buy the vouchers of 3 rate and I was refused like fr wtf!!! The stores never even heard of this and was put in shame in the store because it was refused. I end up purchasing the item full price a something I don’t really need but since this apps offer rate payment o was encouraged to do so. I just deleted my account from them I suggest people do the same this is same this apps is bullshit even stores don’t know their existence and was told not to trust easily this kind of scam. Stores owners is also surprise that they don’t know the existence of this apps but yet they were added here heylight claiming stores accept this kind of payment while stores don’t even know their existence. Total bullshit total scam avoid

Tells me that the identification failed and then I get an automatic email with instructions.

I do the instructions and it still can’t identify

I text the support and they take forever to respond and then just tell me that they can’t help me and the system rejected us??

Literally would’ve been as easy as accepting the pictures via mail and not letting them be checked automatically by AI
