I had a very disappointing experience with Hertz PCO Rent a Car. I arrived to pick up my booked vehicle, only to be told that the car had been changed without any prior notice. This left me without a suitable vehicle for work.
As an Uber driver, having access to a car is essential. Because of this unexpected change, I lost an entire day of earnings. This is not a small inconvenience—it directly impacted my income.
What is most frustrating is the lack of communication. If I had been informed in advance, I could have made alternative arrangements. Instead, I showed up expecting to start work and was left stranded.
I expect better reliability and customer service, especially from a company supporting PCO drivers. I hope this issue is taken seriously and that steps are put in place to ensure other drivers do not face the same situation.
