Two weeks later and I haven’t received my order . I contacted the delivery company and they said, that they haven’t heard from you 😡

I ordered a cap and the order was in limbo in postdk. Hatstore offered to send me a new one and after 3 business days it arrived outside my door 🤩.

I loved the new cap and can def. say the quality and authenticity is there!

Great products. Two small things. First, my design looked bigger on the hat when it arrived. Just take it into account when designing hats. Second, I personally didn’t like it that every country has its own Hatstore domain. Hard to know where the origin of the goods are without digging. Would be better if there was just dk with option of language change. Just a thought. Still, quality items. Make a great unique gift.

Jeg valgte at rykke for min pakke, fordi der er gået lidt over de tre hverdage lovet. Og jeg var da skeptisk, fordi jeg allerede havde læst anmeldelserne herinde.

“ Usually when there is no scan after Alvesta, it means the package has been received in Denmark, but hasn't been scanned correctly.
We send the items in boxes so if they don't fit the postbox they are to be sent to the nearest pick up point. Normally they should be scanned by the post and be shown on Postnord's website.
However, it's not the first time Postnord forgets to scan it correctly and just put the packet on the shelf.

Would it be possible for you to go to the post office where you usually pick up packages, and have them search physically for a black box with the Hatstore logo and your name on it?”

Jeg har aldrig hørt om sådan et problem før hos PostNord.
Og jeg er ærligt talt skuffet over, at man foreslår, at jeg skal prøve at lede efter pakken selv. Det er ikke mit ansvar.

Heldet ville, at jeg selvsamme dag (i dag) modtager pakken fra postmanden kl. 14.00.

Til gengæld er indholdet fuldstændigt som på billederne.
Og det tog således 4 hverdage for pakken at nå frem - næsten inden for de lovede 1-3 hverdage.
