I waited a very long time for my order, only to be sent the wrong phone. I had to return the incorrectly delivered phone and cancel the purchase. The response to my emails and inquiries was incredibly fast—I’d give full marks for that alone—but the disruption to my plans was disappointing. I understand that mistakes happen, but I still had to spend time returning the item, not to mention the emotional frustration. So, while the customer support service itself was excellent, I never actually received my order on time. That part gets two stars 🤷🏼‍♀️

We bought an iphone 17 purple, at first they hadnt it on stock so we changed it to the iphone 17 blue. When the phone delivered we were suprised that we got the purple one.

I I really liked this service. There are no AI bots, only real people helping customers. They answered all my questions in less than 10 minutes every time.

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra 512GB in the beige color for €891, but it turned out they no longer had that color in stock. Instead, they offered me a €30 discount if I chose another color. Since I had already paid €891, they simply refunded €30 back to my card. They also included a free charger, which normally costs around €20 here.

The staff was super polite and helpful throughout the whole process.

The phone itself was completely new, everything was sealed and unopened, and it was obvious that the device had never been used before. The phone was manufactured in Korea, but the software was configured for Dublin, which is probably one of the reasons why the price was lower compared to other sellers.

Overall, my experience with HandySwap was great, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new, authentic phone at a lower price.

We ordered a Samsung phone from this seller and are very satisfied with the purchase. The phone is original, works perfectly, and the quality is exactly as expected. We have no complaints about the device itself.

The only downside was the delivery time, which took a little over a week. However, the seller was very kind and even included a charger as a gift, which arrived separately in another package. That was a very nice gesture.

At first I was doubtful about the reliability of this company. Their offer was almost too good to be true. But only one day later than promised I received my phone in good order.
It's a brand new Samsung S26Ultra but for a few hundred €€ cheaper than in the Netherlands. I would not hesitate at all to order things via them again.
