I like because it was fast delivery and it was same product like online.but the quality of tires its not as same opinion because I can see some defects on wheels and its not 100% sure you can put on wheels..now I have a problem because I put them on trailer and its not round 100%.when I spin wheel with hand I see its not straight,and also from service they tell me its problems from them,and when you buy tires you can't return because I already mounting.but how to check them if its not mounted on?than I can say I am disappointed

instead of 4 tires I only received 2, 2 were delivered to Germany 9 hours away. Because they were sent in 2 orders, the support responds very slowly and dryly.

Please don't ask me to create a ticket i did that almost two and a half months ago. WHERE IS MY REFUND !!!! FFS.

You guys screwed up big time. Sent wrong tires. Also, the carrier carelessly left the product at the door, they did not check the product AT ALL!!! 2 tires where totally different size, you could just tell BY LIFTING THEM!!! All you have to do is just send the right tires, yet you don't know how to do your jobs!!! UNBELIEVABLE LACK OF ATTENTION. We risked our Iives in the snow for 2 days because all the garages we contacted didn't have the right measurements. THIS IS BECAUSE OF YOU. Probably the worst experience in 25 years of online shopping.

Vi bestilte 2 stk. Sava Intensa UHP 2 225/45 R19 96W dæk, men modtog kun ét dæk. Ikke nok med det – det ene dæk, der blev leveret, var over aldersgrænsen på 36 måneder, og derfor ubrugeligt i forhold til anbefalet dækalder.

Jeg står nu med ét gammelt dæk, jeg ikke kan bruge. Grip500 har ikke leveret som aftalt, og kundeservicen har været meget skuffende. Jeg kan ikke anbefale at handle hos dem, hvis man forventer korrekte leverancer og nye varer.

I ordered 2 Sava Intensa UHP 2 225/45 R19 96W tyres, but only one tyre was delivered. To make matters worse, the single tyre I received was over 36 months old, which means it’s too old to be used safely.

I’m now left with one outdated tyre that I cannot use. Grip500 has not fulfilled the order as agreed, and their customer service has been very disappointing. I cannot recommend buying from them if you expect correct delivery and new products.

Avoid at all costs – dishonest and unhelpful customer service
I ordered a set of tires but made an error and needed to return them. When I contacted the company, they clearly stated that the return would cost 250 DKK for all 4 tires. I accepted this and sent the tires back.

To my surprise, I was later charged 1,000 DKK instead of 250 DKK. I contacted customer service several times with proof of what was confirmed, but they completely ignored the evidence, refused to address my claim properly, and kept repeating generic answers.

This is not only misleading and dishonest but also feels like a clear breach of contract. The way customer service handled this was unacceptable – dismissive, careless, and outright ignoring what I told them.

Terrible experience. I strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.
