Greed is not good
I have been a customer at Greenstorage for several years. During this time, I have rented the same unit and always paid my bills on time. I have never complained about anything, or required their help in anyway. So, in my opinion, I have been a good, and loyal, customer.
But, during this time, Greenstorage has increased the rent on my unit by 35% in total. Their adjustments has always been up, and never down.
At the same time, I can now see that Greenstorage are offering the same type of unit (same building, same floor, same size) as mine for a much lower price than what I'm currently paying. So, I try to reason with them, and ask for a price adjustments. But, unfortunately they are in no way interested in keeping me as a customer...
Therefore, I have decided to quickly empty my unit, terminate the contract, and find a storage solution elsewhere. Remember, greed is not always good...
