Very fast delivery and by far the best non-stick pan I have ever used. Heats quickly, very smooth surface and almost no cleaning needed after use (a quick wipe is enough)

Bought a GreenPan with Magneto…

Bought a GreenPan with Magneto induction base. After just 15-20 days of normal use, strange spots appeared on the surface — and this wasn't even from harsh cooking, just butter for pasta.
I followed their website troubleshooting steps first, which didn't resolve anything. When I contacted support directly with photos and a full explanation, the first response was follow the same steps as mentioned in there website ( which I did multiple times ) and then the response was dismissive — basically a copy-paste line saying the warranty only covers "non-stick coating under normal use as per the Care & Use Manual," with no real acknowledgment of the issue or willingness to investigate further.

Order was never shipped!

I placed AND PAID(!) the order of an airfryer on the 19th of April. Nothing happened yet! (2nd of May) The order status is still pending. My order is not even packed yet, two weeks later! No need to say, that customer service is no service at all. They don’t even bother answering my emails..
Fortunately, I’ve paid with my credit card so I’ll be able to dispute the payment.
Avoid this company!!!

DON’T BUY! Faulty products, terrible customer service.

I would give zero stars if I could. Within weeks of receiving my pans (and I bought quite a few) they started to chip. Greenpan sent a replacement for one (which had arrived chipped) but when I sent proof of the rest they said they would send replacements. I said I didn’t want replacements because they would chip within weeks. Greenpan has stopped responding to me.

Following Greenpan's terrible response below (about this being 'normal wear and tear'), I only used wooden utensils, they claim that these have a lifetime warranty, and these started to chip almost immediately on use. Not only is the product terrible but so is the customer service. I spent several hundred pounds with them!!!

Minor chipping can be considered normal wear and tear, depending on how your pans are stored and if utensils are used to tap the rims during cooking.

Stay next to the pan and hold it

The pan is great to look at in cook in, if you’re standing next to it and hold it.

The three times that I used it out of the five the pan wel down. That’s because the handle is to heavy so if it’s a mm out of balance it fels down. My wall floor fridge was dirty after it felt down while I was frying a egg.

SCAM!

Hello!
It's ridiculous to see how in less than 3 months, 3 pans are approaching the garbage dump. The quality is very bad and I don't allow any extenuating circumstances... Which ceramic layer? They chip and when you put them on top of each other, I don't even want to think about what would happen if I dropped a pan on the ceramic in the kitchen. I think it's a scam and the authorities should take action and sanction this company, it's an ordinary scam!
I did not receive any money to write this review!
I'm cooking every day!

I ordered my set back in July 2024…

I ordered my set back in July 2024 (Valencia Pro Set 11). However couple of months ago the pans all started to have of what looks like rust (red/orange colour) at the bottom. Also the pans seem to be peeling in the middle of the cooking surface.

Overall disappointed as I would of thought to have them for longer. Will need to start searching for a whole new set.

Look horrible after 2 months use

Love the look of these pans, but I’ve only had them since Christmas (used for 2 months), and they already look horrible and discoloured despite following all of their instructions. They look like I’ve been using them for 10 years. Really disappointing, especially for the price

I purchased a Treviso set almost a year…

I purchased a Treviso set almost a year ago and after a few uses was not non stick at all so I dont fry anything in them since then. I have had them for almost a year and since last month the coating around the base of the pans are peeling off. I sent through a warranty claim and the response was a generic one and basically says that it is still safe to use. How can this be safe when I've started finding pieces of coating in my food.

The only reason why they have good ratings from others is because as soon as you purchase the product they nag for a review which wont be an honest one because the products works great the first few uses. Just wait until you have it for about a year and you wont feel the same.

What a waste of money and just a SCAM.

DO NOT BUY GREENPAN FROST

Do not buy greenpan frost. After 3 catastrophic failures of the locking tabs on the mixing bowls. I have given up. They keep sending the same crappy bowl over and over. very frustrating. I asked if the bowl is going to be recalled or re-engineered and never got a response. I would be willing to purchase a bowl that works if one was available as we do like the machine when working. now I have two $400 dollar paperweights

Not non-stick after a few weeks

I initially bought the green pan rio because I wanted to give the brand a chance, since I was in the market for a new non-stick. Awful brand. After cooking some bacon, the enamel stained. Things started sticking and no amount of trying cleaning will get the pan back to nonstick. This happened weeks after purchase. I even contacted support and heard nothing back. Maybe it's just the Rio line, but it has made sure I will stay far away.

Editing to add, I did try the cleaning method prescribed below. Twice. Stains still remain and food is still sticking. I stand by my original assessment and recommend looking elsewhere for nonstick cookware.

We are very sorry to hear about the issues with your cookware. This issue can be easily resolved! It is likely that you may have a layer of carbonized oil built up on your pan that will create a barrier between the pan and your food. When this happens, you are basically cooking on the layer of oil as opposed to the surface of the pan. This layer may not be visible. This cleaning method has proven to be extremely successful and can be used when you notice staining and/or sticking. For the best results, please try this method twice. Once complete, you may resume normal washing with soap and sponge. Fill the pan halfway with water and bring to a simmer/near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board. Carefully use a wet Melamine sponge on the warm surface to wipe away any excess oil or food; this should do the trick.

DO NOT PURCHASE

DO NOT PURCHASE! The coating chips away despite treating it with all the correct care and cleaning correctly. Then the Customer Service team inform you this is normal and it’s safe to consume in your food despite the two year warranty. Thank you for that advice Amy. Waste of over £100 on two saucepans. Seems I’m not the only one with this issue

##### GREENPAN PANS FAIL WITHIN A MATTER OF MONTHS! GREENPAN IGNORES WARRANTY EMAILS! #####

Greenpan pans' non-stick lasts about one month, after which everything sticks. I emailed Greenpan regarding the problem, but they couldn't be bothered to reply. Avoiding warranty claims by ignoring emails shows the true character of GreenPan employees. They couldn't care less if their products fail.

My email stated I followed all the recommended steps to keep the pan functional. Greenpan ignored my email and replied below with the same suggestions that don't work, implying that the failure is my fault.

For any complaint, Greenpan will demand photos of the pans, and then use those to blame you for their product's failure. The customer is always wrong in their view.

Read the hundreds of bad reviews. Their products fail, and their customer service is deplorable.

I have bought 2 frying pans

I have bought 2 frying pans, both convex, 2-3 mm upper middle. I got to keep the first one for free, I returned the second one to the store. It´s impossible get smooth fry result, these kind of fry pan. Very bad quality
