I bought a pair of gabor sandals over a year ago and didn't get to wear them very much but I put them on for the first time on Wednesday 24th June 2026 and after a couple of hours the strap snapped where the small bit of elastic is. I was very annoyed as they were expensive so took them to the cobblers and they stitched them I just hope it holds. Will not buy another pair.

Terrible quality and boots dont last ! Terrible customer service. Sent 3 emails to 3 different addresses and not had any acknowledgment nevermind a response.

FYI *edit* as i cannot reply to gabors response, there is no refund or return as iv told to take it up with john lewis when i finally had a response after many different emails sent to various addresses. So that response is a lie.

I stand by the terrible quality of over priced boots.

The wear and holes in the soles of the boots i bought for £180 - have not worn them nearly enough to justify the state they are in !

Odd sizes. Sized down as advised and still too big. Measured their 5.5 against a size 6 and the smaller size 5.5’s were bigger. Customer service very unhelpful and refused to refund postage return despite their sizing being shocking and all off. The sizing issue is bad enough but the v v poor Customer service would make sure I’d never order from this retailer again. Score reflects poor sizing and awful customer service

Wonderful help and comfortable

My husband treated me to a pair of white Heather Gabor shoes in May. I am trying to wear them in but they are the most uncomfortable, unforgiving trainers I have ever had. My heels bleed and my little toes are red roar. Please consider your feet before you buy!!

Warning- Scam on Instagram & Facebook
There is a scam on Instagram for Gabor shoes under the name Gaborseller. I fell for it, ordered 2 pair of shoes. When the confirmation email came, I looked closer at the address and it was not from Gabor. Then I went to look at my bank account and the money was taken from a RyanEve. Then an email came to follow the tracking- package was coming from China. I called my bank and they said to block my credit card as soon as possible because they had all my info. The tracking now says that the package was delivered in my mailbox yesterday. I was in the garden and no delivery was there. My postman said he didn't deliver a package either. So beware buyers! I read that these scammers in China are either just taking the money and not delivering or they deliver shoes that are bad quality and not from the Gabor show company. Do not order from Instagram or Facebook publicity. Go directly to the companies site. I've learned my lesson.

I see now that I am not the only one who experienced this. I ordered a pair of boots and a pair of shoos on January 7th, I assumed I was ordering from Denmark or somewhare in Europe at least. I got at tracking mail from 17Track for the package with China post and on the 6th of February I was told it was now delivered, but it was not. They didn’t post the name of the danish courier, so I can not track it in Denmark. I have emailed Gabor customer service but haven’t even received an acknowledgment.

Gabor shop on Facebook is a fake. Money taken by bloomsda. Today the write the goods should have arrived. Total fake. Do not use.

I ordered one pair of boots and a pair of shoes on 4/01/2024. I assumed I was ordering from Germany but when my tracking number came which didn’t work so I put my order number in and this took me to China post, I’ve been following the tracking and it is saying they were delivered and signed for which is not true. They didn’t post the name of the courier. I have emailed Gabor customer service but haven’t even received an acknowledgment. I’m putting this post up so other people will be aware this website is not what it says it is.

I haven’t received a response to my emails I sent and wondering if anyone advise if there is anything else I could do, at this stage I feel it’s the principal of it. Thank you

I'm depply disappointed. I ordered 4 shoes, 2 arrived and I opt to sent it back. My refund took one month, I had to contact the customer service at least twice to receive my money back. As for the other 2, they never arrived!
The Post says that they arrived in 2 days, but I never received neither the shoes, nor any letter or email with information.
I contacted 6 times the customer service. It has been almost 2 months, and they failed to proof that my products were delivered.
In summary: I paid € 148 for shoes that I neve saw, and it's taking me hours trying to get my refund. I'm never buying from the Gabor's website again!!!
