I purchased five 50K evaluation…

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I believe other traders deserve to know exactly what happened to me.

I purchased five 50K evaluation accounts during one of FuturesElite’s promotions. My partner also purchased separate evaluation accounts under their own name. We each traded independently using our own accounts. There was never any account sharing, copy trading, trade coordination, or anyone trading on behalf of another person.

After investing a significant amount of time and effort, I successfully passed four evaluation accounts.

I then completed the KYC process and expected my accounts to be upgraded. Instead, all four accounts remained in PENDING_UPGRADE for approximately one week. Nothing happened until I contacted support myself.

Only after I contacted support did my accounts go into manual review.

Support later informed me that another trader was using the same IP address. I answered honestly and explained that the other trader is my partner and that we live in the same household.

Only after answering honestly was I informed about their one trader per household / no shared IP policy.

Support then told me that, according to their policy, both profiles should be closed. As a “gesture of goodwill,” they decided to keep one profile active but reset all four of my successfully passed evaluation accounts back to zero because, according to them, “the system will not allow the accounts to be upgraded.”

In other words:

* I purchased the evaluations.
* I followed the rules while trading.
* I passed four evaluation accounts.
* I completed KYC.
* I waited about a week for the upgrade.
* I cooperated honestly with every question they asked.
* My reward was losing all my progress and being told to start over.

I never requested an account reset.

I requested a refund because resetting four successfully passed evaluation accounts is not an acceptable solution after investing my time and money.

This experience completely destroyed my confidence in this company.

My advice to every trader is simple:

Do not choose a prop firm based only on price. Cheap evaluations can become very expensive. Read every single rule before buying, especially household and IP policies. What looks like a great deal today may cost you much more later.

This review reflects my personal experience, supported by the email correspondence I received from FuturesElite.

Unclear Rules, Inconsistent Enforcement, and Evasive Support

My experience with FuturesElite was extremely disappointing, despite the fact that their dashboard is genuinely well designed. It is clear, detailed, and provides useful statistics about trade duration, profits, losses, and overall performance.

Unfortunately, the value of a good dashboard becomes questionable when the company appears to ignore its own displayed data when deciding whether a trader has passed.

FuturesElite denied my account upgrade by claiming that my scalping profits exceeded 50% of the $3,000 profit target. However, their own dashboard showed that the complete 0 to 10 second trade category contained 8 trades with a total net profit of $1,250. Since 50% of the target is $1,500, the complete category shown on the dashboard did not exceed the limit.

The company instead calculated $1,718 by counting only the profitable short-duration trades, while excluding losing and breakeven trades from the same category. I repeatedly asked them to provide the exact published rule stating that only profitable scalping trades are counted and that losing or breakeven scalping trades are excluded. They could not provide such wording. They only repeated their internal interpretation of the rule.

One of the main trades they used against me generated approximately $1,500 in around 10 seconds. This trade was not a random manual scalp. I entered the position with a stop loss and take profit already set in advance. The market moved rapidly in my favor and immediately hit my predetermined profit target.

In other words, I was effectively penalized for entering a strong trade at an excellent time and for the market reaching my legitimate take-profit order quickly.

There is also a major inconsistency in how the company handled the situation. This trade occurred several days before I completed the evaluation. If this trade automatically made the account ineligible under their system, why was the account not stopped or flagged immediately?

Instead, they allowed me to continue trading for several more days. Only after I completed the evaluation and qualified for the upgrade did they reject the account using an internal calculation method that was not clearly stated in the published rules.

This strongly raises concerns about how their rules are enforced. If the system was genuinely configured according to the interpretation later given by support, the account should have been automatically identified as ineligible at the time of the trade. It should not have remained active until I finished the evaluation.

I contacted support multiple times and requested:

The exact published wording supporting their calculation method.

A complete trade-by-trade calculation showing how they reached $1,718.

An explanation of why the dashboard showed $1,250 while they used a different amount.

Escalation to a supervisor, risk team, or compliance reviewer.

Instead of directly answering these questions, support repeatedly sent the same general rule, provided circular explanations, and avoided the specific contradiction between their calculation and the dashboard. After my final escalation request, they stopped responding.

To be clear, my complaint is not that FuturesElite has a scalping rule. The problem is that they appear to apply an unpublished interpretation of that rule only after a trader completes the evaluation.

A company should not allow a trader to continue taking risks, investing time, and completing an evaluation, only to introduce a different interpretation of the calculation after the trader has passed.

The dashboard is excellent. The transparency, rule enforcement, appeal process, and customer support were not.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend FuturesElite. Traders should ask for written clarification about exactly how scalping profits are calculated before purchasing an evaluation, especially whether losing and breakeven trades are excluded and whether a fast take-profit execution can later be used to deny an account upgrade.

Extremely exaggerated company

I passed the first stage and met the payout eligibility, yet my first payout was rejected. Throughout the process, you kept accusing me of violating your rules but never provided any substantive evidence, relying instead on vague definitions and unilateral judgment to invalidate my trading results.

What is even more outrageous is that, instead of paying what I had earned, you offered me a settlement agreement and expected me to sign away my rights, accept a low settlement, and stay silent under confidentiality and non-disparagement clauses. That is not fair treatment — it is an attempt to buy my silence with a fraction of what I believe I earned.

I did not sign the settlement agreement, and instead of resolving the matter fairly, you deleted my account and blocked me from my country. That is absolutely outrageous.

For someone who has invested significant time, energy, and effort into trading, this is not just disappointing. It is a complete denial of my work and results. No evidence, only conclusions. No fairness, only a silence clause.

Hello,

We do not provide services in Taiwan as we explained multiple times, you had countless email exchanges with the team about what you did with your accounts too, we offered payment despite all the rule breaches which exceeds far more than what you spent with us just so we could solve this and close this situation.

We do not care about a review that states the false and it surely won’t be changing your account status.

My experience (through a friend) with FuturesElite was not positive. My friend successfully passed the evaluation and made approximately $4,000 in profit on the first day. After that, he decided to trade more conservatively, making around $150 per day for several days in order to follow the consistency rule and secure a withdrawal.
When it was time to receive the payout, the withdrawal was not approved. The explanation was that those smaller daily profits affected the consistency rule, which we found unclear because he was actually trying to follow the requirements.
In the end, he was given two options: receive a refund or start the evaluation from zero again. I believe the rules should be explained more clearly and transparently from the beginning to avoid situations like this.
After hearing about this experience, it is difficult to recommend this company. Personally, I would not purchase an evaluation with FuturesElite, and I believe many traders who hear this story will think twice before doing so.
I hope FuturesElite improves the way they communicate their rules and conditions, because trust and transparency are essential in the prop trading industry.
Cuando la pegues en Trustpilot, revisa que diga claramente “based on a friend’s experience” (basada en la experiencia de un amigo), porque eso la hace más transparente.

I had a major dilemma with several of my funded accounts being closed before I was even able to utilize them. I was freaking out! I contacted support via email after the market closed on Friday because I had to work. They were extremely helpful, responsive and diligent. My accounts were restored the same evening at 9:45 pm. on a Friday. If ever, you encounter a problem, email them immediately at support at futureselite.com. I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience.

Shortly after purchasing a challenge…

Shortly after purchasing a challenge account; the team sent me in a wild goose chase & pointed me in every direction with no clear instructions on how to successfully connect my connectivity issue. They make it impossible to receive a refund. I had to open a claim with my financial institution after almost of week of no resolution. Unacceptable; This is not my only prop firms I use. While I have received successful outcomes with other prop firms; this one gives you the runaround & does not offer a straight forward solution. Their Customer Service is even worse sending single sentences with no clear instructions on solving the matters. I would NOT give this firm a second opportunity after almost a week of correspondence with no resolution.

Futures Elite is a Dishonest Firm that Steals Your Money & Doesn't Payout

On 6/23 I posted a review on Trustpilot talking about a terrible experience I had with Futures Elite mentioning that I bought 5(50k) eval accounts and traded per the rules to pass the evaluations. After I completed the eval, they sent me to a QR code to use an identification process to determine I am who I am. After scanning the QR code I couldn't complete the process cause my inward facing camera was not giving the necessary permissions so I asked my wife to come help and she did. I'm not the most tech savy person but she told me she got it working and I took the selfie. The next day they closed all my accounts and said I was in breach because I had someone help me with KYC process (identification). I was absolutely dumbfounded because I obeyed their process to getting funded and they just took my money and I have nothing to show for it in return. I reached out to them multiple times and never got a response until I submitted this review, and then they reached out to me. They said if I removed my Trustpilot review that they would allow me to have my 5 funded accounts. I felt like at this point I had nothing to lose so I took them up on their offer to see if this prop firm has honestly & integity. Now Futures Elite is going to say that I used my wife's documentation to pass the KYC process and this is an absurd lie. They are going to say they have a video of it that they sent me to, which never happened because it doesn't exist.

Now with (5) funded accounts I went back to trading and reached max payout status and submitted the payout request on 6/29. After no response to be payout request in 24 hours, I reached out to Elite and they said that the review process could take between 24-72 hours. I replied that the time for review is excessive compared to industry standards. With my trust already broken with this firm, I never actually expected to receive a payout but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After 72 hours lapsed and multiple emails, I left another review on Trustpilot informing the public that this firm is dishonest and does not payout. The next day I received an email from Elite telling me that my payouts are denied and my accounts are terminated because I left that review on Trustpilot. The last sentence on their reply to my review states "Maybe you will learn a lesson in behaviour for the future." Keep in mind that this is not because of my trading, not because of my compliance with their rules, but because of their dishonest and predatory practices. So they took my money and I did everything I was supposed to do to be in compliance, but they still came up with an excuse to not payout. I feel like they stole my money because they terminated my accounts and I have nothing to show for the fees I paid. They felt like I was using Trustpilot as leverage against them and I explained that leaving reviews is the only recourse we have as traders against corrupt prop firms. If they don't want traders to leave negative reviews, then don't give us a reason to post negative reviews.

Hello,

As we already responded,

You have been using your wife documents and identity to trade, we have sent you video proof and photos.

You kept also blackmailing the team with trustpilot reviews for no reasons.

You cannot use another person identity for KYC purposes.

Lucid Flex but better

This is such a gem of a firm. The best way to describe it is: Lucid flex at the fraction of the cost. I have done very well with lucid flex, moving live with them and no longer being able to trade their evaluations. It was such a relief finding this firm and getting back to my groove. I was able to take a payout on 2 accounts and I love their wallet system, which is like tpt's system except using the wallet to purchase/reset evals is beneficial to the trader as $1 of credit is worth $1.05. Customer service is also very responsive and Bolaji has taken my ticket twice, and both times resolved my issue even with one instance being my fault and they were courteous enough to find a solution.

I made an inadvertent mistake and reached out to their customer service and they got back to me within 24 hours with a more than fair resolution so I can’t say enough good things about them. I just began my trading journey with them, so I’m looking forward to working towards successful payouts, but this gives me a great first impression!

I normally don’t leave reviews but the conversation i just had with support forced me to leave a review. So i couldn’t trade bc of a lock on my recently passed challenge. Turns out i was using an external copier to my own accounts and it caused a flag for multiple IPS. The team asked for proof front external accounts that i was manually trading and simply copying my own trades to and i provided that to them in a few screen shots. Less than 15 min later they funded my accounts! Moral of the story , their customer support gave me a phenomenal experience and a review was well deserved.
