I used to be technically support but my experience moving my services from other providers to Fizz was such a pleasant experience plus the apps are user friendly meaning even my grandma can move her services by herself and the self serve app to install the modem for the internet is fantastic. Thank you Fizz we looking forward for this kinda experience for Canadian consumers

Took me weeks to be able to get support…

Took me weeks to be able to get support cause there’s no number and the button would not allow me to press it as it kept on refreshing non stop. Finally talked to some guy named Abdoul. Told him I don’t have wifi everywhere in my apartment. He told me to get signal extender . So I need to pay out of my pocket for a weak signal while all the other companies will boost the signal for free on their end . Good thing I don’t have a contract ! Cause I’ll be switching to another company next month . Don’t let the good price fool you ! Cause for the same amount , you can get a company who really appreciates your business and is willing to help you .

Fizz works very nicely

I was with a different well known company whose data was horribly slow, so I decided to try out Fizz. I live just inside the south edge of the Edmonton coverage zone with the best signal, and it is so much better now. I have a refurbished Moto G Power22 (Android) using a physical SIM card that arrived quickly, and Fizz works perfectly with my phone. I added 100 GB data to my plan so that I should never run out, and the price is wonderful. I prefer to figure things out on my own, and despise having to call a 1-800 number only to sit on hold for a long time, and then be forced to attempt to understand someone that barely speaks English, so this was very simple for me to figure out. I am very happy with my decision to switch to Fizz!

Service STOPS gradually! Technical Assistance is NON-Existent!

Service gradually stopped over the space of 3 months. It started off really well. Then my international call option did not allow me to make calls. After 3 weeks, people could not call me on my mobile. I reported the issues and received messages from the technical team that they were working on the issues. At the end of each week, the technical team pretended to have resolved the issue and closed my ticket. I then had to re-open the ticket. This has been going on for over 3 weeks now. They will open the ticket and then at the end of the week close it again and again. Online chat is useless, they will refer you to the technical team. I have decided to switch providers now as I cannot pay for a non-working service. I would NOT recommend this provider.

The customer support is always 100% !

The support is always excellent they're ver helpful. They help to resolve every problems, technical issues, bugs, inquiries, name it they resolves all ! I'm really grateful to be part of this beautiful community that treats everyone with respect and transparency. Not only their prices are absolutely unbeatable, they also love to treat us with alot of perks, gifts, discounts, and rewards, the longer you're a cutomer of Fizz the more you get rewarded ! I found it genius and I feel they care about their customer and understands them and their needs. They're not alike any company I've known!!! They are what everyone needs and deserves ! I have been a loyal customer for over 7…

I have been a loyal customer for over 7 years with Fizz. I have been always happy with their service. Their data plan is one of the most flexible and cheapest in the market. I wish their home internet service was available in Ottawa. The reason for not 5-stars is because I kind of wish they gave more features and perks to long time customers as more competitive servers are bringing in hotter packages that are irresistible.

So far so good !

So far so good. Good call quality and phone coverage ( better than my last provider) price and GB are on par and in relation to my needs of usage and budget. I don’t have to pay for large amounts of data when I don’t even come close to using it . This is really a do it yourself kinda service so if you aren’t technical you might have some issues setting your connection up with Fizz - also dependant on the type of phone you use. But That shouldn’t deter you from moving your line over if you’re looking for something new as you are not locked in for any period of time with Fizz. Overall I recommend and see if it’s the place for you.
