I returned 2 items, $130 each (total of $260). It’s WAY past the due date for me to have gotten my refund. I got the shipping notification that my items were delivered to the return facility weeks ago. I’m very unhappy and don’t know where my $260 is!!!! I’ve called 3 times and have been on hold for a total of 6 hrs trying to reach customer service. 0/10 recommend buying from FitFlop!

I have trouble with the vein in my right foot it makes the top part of my foot swell up and I cannot find shoes that are good for me. this is the first pair that is soft enough expandable enough because they can be adjusted and that fit in the arch I have been looking for two years for a pair that actually fits correctly

Disappointed with the sandals. I bought two pairs and they are not comfortable at all. They are also very big in size. The reviews about sizing were definitely incorrect. I wanted to return both of them, but the cost to ship them back was so expensive I figured it just wasn’t worth it. But they are not cute and will not be worn very often.

Four more pairs of fabulous Fitflop sandals ! All my sandals, shoes, boots and slippers are from Fitflop - l never wear anything but on my feet. I can comfortably walk in them for miles - even the toe posts !

My feet and ankles are wide, that unfortunately meant that the straps were not long enough. Had to return the shoes. Such a shame as the shoes are fabulous otherwise.

I have always liked your shoes in the past, but my order took so long to come, that sadly I had to buy something else to take on my trip as I left before my shoes arrived.
