Review of EnsoAI (Enso Connect)

Unfortunately, my experience with EnsoAI has been extremely disappointing.

Despite submitting an official cancellation request well in advance, the company continued to charge my account, citing a 60-day notice policy buried in the contract. While this may be “legally” valid, it clearly reflects a lack of customer focus and disregard for users’ actual intentions and communications.

Such practices may follow the letter of the law but certainly fail the test of ethics. With so many customer-friendly alternatives available today, I strongly advise against using EnsoAI for anyone in property management or hospitality.

I sincerely hope the company reconsiders its approach to customer relations, or it risks losing the trust of the professional community.

Easy to use and makes us money !

Enso is fantastic, they have helped us automate our guest communication across all our platforms. Especially the pre-check-in communication which has become so effortless, and I like how we can collect guest feedback easily. Their upsells (EnsoExperiences) are profitable enough to cover the subscription — and then some so definitely look into this. I also appreciate the multi-channel messaging (email, SMS, WhatsApp, Airbnb) so I never miss my guests.

100+ properties, can’t live without

Managing over a hundred properties with Enso has been a game-changer. It makes sending digital check-in info and managing locks across properties simple. At one point we ran into a device issues, and within minutes their support team was on top of it. It’s like having a real tech partner care about your business, we love it

Not great experience

Not great experience. They charge you an expense trial and once you have paid, you then learn about the limitation of their application. Basically not all messages from your PMS will be sent to Enso, it depends on the PMS you have but that, they don't tell you before you pay. When you complain, they stop responding to your enquiries. I ask for a refund and in the future, if they manage to fix the issues, i would consider trying the application but they preferred to keep my trial money. Maybe it fits someone else need what they offer but make sure you detail all your requirements and don't assume anything.
