Shockingly low quality

Unfortunately a disappointing experience. I spent a lot of time researching and measuring before ordering this linen bedskirt, but it arrived with incorrect dimensions — too wide yet too short. The finishing is also poor: details are missing and the bow tie on the skirt edge, which was the main reason I chose this style, is sewn very sloppily. Given the price, I expected far better quality. The return process isn't cost-effective either, so I'm left stuck with an item I can't use. A real waste of money.

Perfection in all aspects of online shopping.

Perfect tracking from the order was created, to it arrived, did not even need to contact customer service. Fast delivery aswell.
The price on the product was not high, so I actually expected the wors, but the poduct is as descriped on the homepage and in perfect condition. I will for sure order more from Eminza!

Avoid at all cost

The absolute worst customer experience I've had in 2025. Hands down. Ordered a Christmas decoration, which I never received since the Eminza webshop had a malfunction that prevented the house number I put in the order to transfer to their own packaging slip. So the postal service returned it to them. Eminza would not send me a new decoration, but would refund me (money which I have yet to see) but only the price and not the shipping (since this is to cover their cost....for their damn mistake). Several messages back and forth to their hopeless support has not changed this.
This practice they have is of course illegal, but again, since they are not a Danish webshop (and I recide in Denmark) both me and them know that no legal action will be taken on the case. Sigh.
Will warn anyone of ever dealing with them, that is for sure. Not because they made mistakes (that is natural and happens) but for not dealing with it at not figing a fox

Once the parcel was received back at our warehouse, the order was fully refunded in accordance with our procedures.

Customer service from a Robot

I ordered 4 blue sofa cushions from Eminza (less than kr 400 total). When they arrived, I opened one of them and discovered that they were green.
I informed Eminza Denmark that they had made a mistake. They (probably a Robot) replied saying that if I wasn't happy with the product, that I should print out a return form, package the cushions and send them to their warehouse in France. If they were unopened, I would get my money back.
I wrote to them again saying that I didn't want a refund - I wanted the blue cushions that I had ordered. They answered that I had to return the cushions to get a refund and then reorder blue cushions.
I have given the green cushions to a charity shop.

We are truly sorry for the misunderstanding regarding the colour of the cushions. As our customer service agent (a real person, not a robot) explained in the email sent on 25 November, the item you received does match the one you ordered. The colour name translated as “petroleum blue” in Danish corresponds to our “duck green” reference. This means that if we were to send a replacement or if you placed a new order, you would receive the exact same colour again.

The product you received also matches the photos displayed on our website, but we completely understand how the colour translation may have caused confusion.

If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it for a refund in accordance with consumer regulations. We are sorry that this situation led to frustration and that the items have already been donated.
