We were able to clearly lay out our projects as well as tasks and requests associated with projects. I like being able to view all tasks to which I am assigned, input my time entries, view future work allocation. Add description of each task for reference.

However it allows us to enter time after deadline is passed. Ideally it should give a message saying manager approval required or something of that sort.

Easy Projects has made it much easy to manage my projects. It's an automated system, keeps track of everyone assigned to the project, the tasks assigned to them, the health of the project(s), etc.

Easy Projects (EP) allows our staff to review all existing projects thoroughly. We can review the schedule, budget and other pertinent information all in on place. EP allows you to set up custom reports that can provide as much or as little information about each project as you would like to see. They have multiple different ways to enter time and they allow you to add a description and billable or un-billable for easy tracking. Their support staff is also very helpful. They were able to set up webinars for our staff to go through how to use the site.

They just recently changed their format, thankfully they have great support staff that help with any questions we have.

EP helps with inner office communication. It allows us to review each project and if they are staying on budget or over budget. It also allows the staff to provide organized time sheets.

I like having all of my tasks and responsibilities laid out in front of me with a clear deadline and scope of work. It is easy to manage these tasks and even get an understanding of what other team members are working on. Being able to log my time seamlessly with the tasks that I am performing makes the process painless.

EZP is incredibly versatile. I feel like any issue we come across with this project management system, they are able to not only come up with a solution but a solution that works for everyone. We have so many different positions using this tool that its tough to answer to every department's unique needs but the Easy Projects team always knocks it out of the park. It's organized, easy to navigate and even easier to customize.

I use Easy Projects every day and between the ease of use, the ability to communicate with multiple people on a project, and the options provided for project management, Easy Projects is a must!

Easy Projects allows for easy tracking of tasks and projects. Has several features but the best is how you can create different views with different types of filters to show you specific information about projects, tasks, or resource allocation.

I easily adapted to easy projects in the first few days of using it. I started using after trying some other tools but they were all cumbersome and difficult to adapt and train other users as well. It is very intuitive and user friendly. Any beginner or advanced project managers can use this. It has the Gantt chart and the new Kanban board project management tools. I am in the K12 industry and this is my service desk and project management tool. My progress in each project is shared to my supervisor so that I can keep them up to date. Our customers are teacher and other administrator and we give them access so that they can see the progress. It is also a good documentation tool where we can input all the tasks and subtasks necessary to complete the project as well as the days it took to complete. Therefore, the next time we do the same project we just create a template out of that completed project. You can use easy projects for time, cost and expense management as well. it is low cost and easy to implement in any environment. I would strongly recommend easy projects for all.

I like using easy project to track all the timeline and task for my project

As a program manager, I need a portfolio project management tool to track and control over 50 concurrent projects. Easyprojects.net give me a an easy interface to maintain all my projects, including finance, SPI, CPI, EV, notifications, Gantt, business-intelligence among dozens of other value-added needs.

Once all of our settings were configured, it becomes so seamless to use. Our team uses this software everyday and we are happy we have the ability to have different views to only see what applies to us directly.

Easy Projects has been a great project management and timekeeping solution for us. Very easy to track time to projects, tasks, requests. Support staff helped us set up budgeting features to track project planned and actual costs.
