I never received the payment for the job I did for this company. They never answer and they stop responding my text messages.

They picked up the box springs, in a timely manner. No extra fees or the amount of days of when this item could be pickupex where added, which was AMAZING. Several other companies immediately added $ 300.00 in fees and added 2 to 3 weeks to the pickup time!!! This was nice, easy and affordable.

Super easy. They arrived when they said they would. Pricing was fair, transparent and all-inclusive. Communication was spot-on. Everything was done online or via text, I didn't have to talk to anyone or even be home for the pickup. I would absolutely use this service again!

The driver was amazing! We offered to help him and he declined…. I do however feel.he was not prepared for my pick up… as he came in a cargo van when I made it clear that I had a refrigerator, couch and mattress. He ended up sawing up the couch on the curb, which was embarrassing by the standards of my neighborhood. The experience served a purpose, but I would never be subjected to unprofessional way it was resolved.

We were struggling to find a way to get rid of our damaged couch on a Sunday. All of the dumps are closed. It was not donate-able, and junk removal would charge $250+. We found DropCurb on accident, but are so happy with the service. Within an hour, someone came and collected the couch and a large rug for under $200. It was so fast and so easy. We would recommend this service to anyone needing quick, easy, and affordable junk removal!
