I bought Office 365 Professional and Project. They immediately sent me the keys, and download link along with instruction uninstall and install the products. I have checked all the products and they are working great. Thank you.

I didn't give 5 stars because 2 keys did not work, but it still was a good experience, because DigitalKeysBox did not stop trouble-shooting until this issue was resolved.

James was very understanding when I was unable to work with him right away due to travel obligations. He stayed in touch with me and ultimately accommodated my schedule. He was kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable in resolving my issue. It was unusual, and very efficient, to be able to deal with the same person over time. This really made the process a cut above other support experiences.

The Office key I bought didn't activate.. kept throwing an error. I figured I'd messed something up, so I went through the instructions again before reaching out. Still nothing,

Emailed support and someone named James got back to me pretty quickly, maybe 20 minutes or so. He walked me through what had gone wrong, sent a replacement key, and included updated steps. The new one activated fine and I got everything installed without any more issues.

Honestly, the only annoying part was that the first key didn't work. It wasn't a disaster or anything, just an extra back-and-forth I wasn't expecting when I bought it. Would've been nicer if it had worked from the start.
But the support was decent. Quick response, clear instructions, no runaround. Can't complain too much about how it was handled.

I will always come here first if I ever need any software because not only it’s very easy to download and execute the program; if you run into a problem the customer service is very helpful and amazing!

I had ordered Microsoft software from Digitalkeysbox.com. I didn’t install it right away; was a few months before I tried installing. I guess the issue was that the original product key expires after a certain timeframe. I emailed support at Digitalkeysbox.com and received a reply within minutes with updated product keys and detailed instructions. I was up and running right away. Their customer service was excellent.

My purchase was followed by a quick delivery. Unfortunately after a few weeks, I encountered unrelated PC issues. I had to replace my primary NVMe drive...which required a reinstall of my MS Office apps. I had issues re-activating, so I reached out to DKB support. DKB's customer support was awesome in response and very timely. They were able to assist me in getting my Office suite activated again. Thanks DKB!

The software key delivery is quick with detailed steps for installation. At beginning, I have some activation issue, and I contacted the support team. They responded very quick and help me to resolve issue. I am happy with the purchase.

The first key I received did not work (hence the 4*’s) but an email and the next day I had a new working key. Great customer service.

I ran into a problem with the activation of the SW. After reaching out to customer support, I received a new code together with a detailed instructions from James, the service rep. Following the procedure, the issue was resolved, and I've successfully installed and activated the SW on my computers. I am really satisfied with the excellent support from DigitalKeysBox.

I initially had trouble activating Office 24 but DigitalKeysBox came to my rescue. They provided a new key and instructions which solved my problem. Their response time was excellent.
