A sham company which is importing stuff from overseas, hence the extremely long waiting time for delivery.
From China?
Huge delay going through customs?
I could have bought the same item much cheaper on Amazon, yes, same long delivery time but honesty about where it is coming from and the time frame for delivery, - Saving me 50% of the price.

Not only is Daisy Aston dishonest about where the products are coming from and delivery times, it doesn't even provide a phone number?

The natural travertine stone wall lights look amazing in the guest room of our cottage. Adding a boutique hotel vibe to the room we are really pleased with how they look.
Simple to install and with good communication from Customer Services I will definitely be buying from Daisy Aston again.

The light is very stylish and looks perfect over our kitchen table.
Delivery was a bit longer than we expected, but it arrived very well packaged.

Ordered after seeing online. The pricing and sizes were misleading, I believed I was buying a much larger shade then the shade that arrived. When I wanted to return it, I was told it had to be returned to their facility in the USA. At a cost of £35 at my own expense. Their customer service adviser was friendly though.

It makes no sense to order from this company, there are plenty of better companies in the UK. Buyer beware.

Excellent product and fair price. Good delivery other than Evri perhaps not the fastest but it all got here in the end.

The nordic pendant light arrived from China and was extremely poor quality. It looked like a cheap meccano set and came with no instructions. When I emailed them for instructions they just told me it was easy and would take minutes to put together and gave me some vague instructions of how to put it together. On inspecting the light it was clear that it didn't look for purpose. Daisy Aston insist it is CE compliant but I can't see any mark on the lamp that confirms this and an electrician wouldn't fit it when I showed them. They offered me a 30% refund and to keep the lamp or to return it to the States at my own cost, which I will do, even though it puts my £30 out of pocket. I don't have high hopes that I'll get a refund but I paid using AMEX so at least I have a chargeback option. I hope others read mine and the countless other reviews on here before parting with their hard earned cash. I

Lovely light- really pleased with it. Delivery was over 2 weeks

I wanted so badly to like the light that I purchased from Daisy Aston, especially given the high price point. However, what they sent was miles away from what was featured in the picture. The £299 nordic pendant with vintage-inspired fabric looked like a shoddily made, outsourced light that was yellow.

To make things worse, I live in the UK and to ship a return I had to send it to the US, which cost me £60 out of my own pocket. I will say that their customer service rep was incredibly friendly.

Very disappointed with this company and would strongly advise others to avoid them.

The products I received were nothing like the quality portrayed in their advertising. The marketing and product descriptions created the impression of a high-quality item, but what arrived appeared to be cheap, poorly made imports that fell far short of expectations.

I feel the advertising was misleading, and the product simply did not match what was promised. As a customer, I feel completely let down and disappointed by the experience.

Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this company again and cannot recommend them to others.

My lampshade arrived in really strong and secure packaging.
Opening the box revealed the most beautiful lightshade.
Made of high quality materials , the design is perfect for my Pilates room and the overall effect is awesome.
A refund to my account is an added bonus , because, without a doubt l will be putting it towards the purchase of another one for a different room.
Whilst it was a fairly expensive purchase, it is worth every penny .
I could not recommend it enough .

Lovely lamp and very easy to assemble. Came with light bulb as well. Gives a beautiful Japanese vibe to room. Would recommend 😌

The light itself is good quality and arrived quickly. The customer service has been very responsive. The light is much smaller than it looked on the picture (I should have measured), and unlike most ceiling shades it is integrated with the cable so to move it to a more suitable location requires an electrician.

Any returns must be made to their Califonian warehouse from the UK. If you have any shadow of the doubt on your purchase, just don’t bother

This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have had.
The products on the website appear beautifully crafted and premium, but the item I received was nothing like the images. In my opinion, the quality was extremely poor and did not justify the price or the expectations created by the marketing.
The customer service experience was equally disappointing. When I sought to return the item, I was informed that returns would need to be shipped back to the United States, making the process costly and impractical. The website presentation was misleading and that the actual product did not reflect the quality portrayed online. Between the product quality, the return policy, and the customer service experience, I was left very dissatisfied.
There are many other lighting retailers offering well-made products, transparent policies, and a much better customer experience. Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this company again.

Simple ordering process. Delivery a bit delayed but clear communication once queried. Products look great in place. 😊
