Recommending Pool Trejo

I had never done my tax returns in Spain, being only a recent expat, and also did not have a digital certificate. Pool Trejo was so friendly to meet me in-person, and went with me to the relevant office to request the digital certificate while doing all the talking in Spanish for me.

He was also very clear in his communication and got me a tax return from not only one, but 2 years backwards and give me very clear breakdowns on how they were built up.

We used Cresvance for our move to Spain and the TIE process, and overall it was a great experience. Pool especially was extremely helpful from the start, even while we were still in the States. He guided us through the process, helped set up appointments, and even attended the TIE appointments with us, which made everything a lot less stressful.

Communication was clear and fast, and we always felt supported through each step. The service went beyond just paperwork. It felt hands-on and reliable.

I used their services to book us an appointment for TIE biometric. My contact was Pool and I am happy with his services. He accompanied us to our TIE biometrics and he was helpful in translating for us and actually, explained to the police authorities that as digital nomad visa holders, we don’t need the padron. If he was not there, we would have been turned away and I couldn’t explain to them about the exemption. I highly recommend Pool and their services.

I have used Cresvance’s services for the Spanish tax season and they have been great! I am an expat in Malaga and have been living here for almost two years.
