Van Nguyen, Bodie and Isabella are a good crew. Van did a particularly good job as crew boss. Old house quirks, wasps, rain. They handled it all and modified schedules and plans as needed.
I choose this company based on the paint job done on another house in my area. I would recommend your company for the value of this program, noting that you are likely to get a different crew.

My house looks worse than before it was painted, I feel swindled by this business.

They approached us (knocked our door) offering services, contracted with us and painted our home in 2024, everything the following year started to chip. Early 2026 I contacted them to ask about the quality of the work as it was continuing to widespread chip. They offered to come inspect the site despite it being just out of warranty window. They decided this wasn’t a prep or quality issue but instead the consequence of our wood siding already having moisture in it, and it was something “no one could have known until it was painted”.

I feel like a painting business should be able to know this beforehand, if not test a small portion somehow in the same way you test wall paint before applying it full scale. I would not recommend them. To sell this house we’ll likely have to paint it a second time in the future.

I appreciated that he presented multiple paint options, explained the differences in quality, longevity, and cost, and allowed me to make an informed decision without any pressure to choose the most expensive option.

His communication has been excellent. He provided information in advance, sent friendly reminders, followed through on commitments, and was always willing to answer questions. He was respectful of my time, considerate of my home, and consistently demonstrated attention to detail throughout the estimating process.

What impressed me most was the confidence and trust he inspired. Nate is personable, kind, and genuinely easy to work with. It was clear that he believes in the work he is doing and takes pride in representing College Works. His professionalism, sincerity, and strong communication skills played a significant role in my decision to move forward with the project.

Nate has demonstrated strong leadership, customer service, project management, and communication skills. He represents himself and College Works exceptionally well, and I would confidently recommend him to future employers as well as work with him again.

Working with Vincent Iser was a fantastic experience. He kept me updated every step of the way, offered great guidance on color choices, and delivered excellent results. His flexibility made the entire process stress-free. He made every cent count, loved it!! I highly suggest College Works for your next home improvement project.

Bekan did an amazing job with an exterior paint project. He carefully explained the process making sure we understood all aspects of the work. He clearly was juggling many jobs at once but always made us feel we were the most important client he had. I would highly recommend his services based on my experience.

Our experience with College Works painting was Great! Bekan Hill, who was the Project Coordinator, did an excellent job with quoting and coordinating the project to include getting a wood contractor the replace two of the fascia boards. The project was done in a timely manner and at the quoted costs. Johnathan and Sam the painters involved were excellent and made sure they painted all the right areas along with keeping us abreast of the current status. Great Job! Paul & Betty
