I've been using the cold plunge for about three years now, and I believe I was part of the initial group of customers when they first launched.

I can honestly say they stand behind their product. Early on, I experienced an issue with the chiller, and the owner personally called me and walked me through everything that needed to be done. Their customer service was outstanding, and they made sure the issue was resolved.

Since then, the system has been a great investment, and I'll continue to support this company. Having a dedicated cold plunge means you always have cold water ready when you need it—without constantly buying bags of ice, waiting for the water to cool, or repeating the whole process every day.

I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, convenient, and well-supported cold plunge system.

When our tubs breakdown Jamshid and the team are there to help us out, as soon as they get the parts in stock then they come to fix the tubs. Always a very proffesional service when Jamshid is in the space

I’ve had my Coldture cold plunge for several years now, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The unit has been reliable, easy to maintain, and has become a regular part of my wellness routine.

We bought the Extreme plunge to be able to have a plunge after sauna all year in our backyard. Everything went well until we went on vacation in February and the power went off. Things froze and resulted in a leak. Jamshid was the service tech who came to our house. He was very pleasant and professional. Answered my questions and was efficient with the work. He waited while the tub filled and tested the fix to ensure it was effective and complete. So far so good!

I was warned by a guy who’s had to fix some of these not to buy it when I had it on order and I wish I listened.

My wife and I bought a pod sauna with an expected 6 week delivery date. I didn’t come for 7 months!!!

Then there’s nothing but issues. Set up was annoying and their “white glove service” was terrible.

Cheaply made product. All manufactured in china (not Canada) Red lights don’t work properly. Sauna takes more than an hour to heat up. Electronics are super cheap and badly done. App doesn’t work.
The 2 smaller red lights refuse to turn off. They send a relay and expect you to pay for the technician to install it. Then the wiring diagram doesn’t match.

We are extremely disappointed in this product. Mostly the customer service it’s just horrible. We truly regret buying this sauna it’s been a bad experience. Run from this company

Josh was very accommodating with our order holding delivery to a later date. Josh made the entire purchase process easy and made sure we were satisfied with understanding their product.

Josh was really easy to work with and put a smile on my face when he got me set up with exactly what I wanted! Expect great customer service from Josh and I'm sure the rest of the Coldture team.
