I ordered two sticks. There was only one in the package. They sent a photo of the products on a scale and said because they paid for postage equivalent to this I’m not being honest about not receiving it. Total scam. Not the only person to have this experience. I order lots of makeup products and this is so rubbish I wouldn’t want another one anyway!

If i could give 0 stars I would. Wish I came on here and read reviews before ordering. Absolutely does not change colour at all no matter how much you blend it stays white and looks like you've used sudacrem as foundation. Website states 30 day money back guarantee but when you get in touch with them they just ignore your request.
Edit to add ther finally responded to my request and said you cant return à item for your money back unless the product is unopened and you pay for the international shipping label. Also respond to everything in french

Scam company selling drop shipped "Smart foundation" but it's actually just Nivea cream sticks with a bruch and a few dots of pigments. the foundation is not adaptative, smells like Granny's hand cream and is overpriced

I had no problems with delivery and do agree mostly with the other reviews about the foundation not being colour changing. In my experience though it goes on pretty well (provided you put just stripe on different areas of your face) and rubs in clear. I find it gives me a dewy complexion but definitely not a lot of coverage. I used it mostly as a base and I get compliments on my skin looking nice. Would I buy it again? For the price they charge, no but I am continuing to use the one I have left and bought an actually colour changing one from my local K-Beauty store for a slightly cheaper price.

Ordered the product on 6 June. It's now 17 June, still no delivery. It's a money grabbing fake organisation. No response when I chase delivery. No response when I ask for a refund. Frauuuuuuddddd.

Very disappointed with this product and the customer service. I ordered 3 Clarea Color Changing Foundation Sticks and paid £39.98 in total. My order was placed on the 9th, but I did not receive it until the 29th, and I had to collect it myself from a parcel shop.

When the parcel finally arrived, there were only 2 items inside instead of 3. I contacted customer service several times by email, but instead of helping me, they accused me of lying about not receiving the full order.

I also tried the foundation and it does not work as advertised at all. The “colour changing” foundation stayed completely white on my skin and did not blend properly. It was a waste of money and very poor quality.

I wanted to return the two unopened sticks, but after sending three emails, I still received no proper response from customer support.

Overall, I would not recommend this product or this company.

This is a terrible product and is falsely advertised. The foundation does not rub in and stays white on your skin. The company make it difficult to return and you have to pay for postage. They don’t provide any return labels and you can’t return anything you have tried, which is appalling and fraudulent. How can you check if the product is any good without trying it?

Don’t waste your time and money by buying this based on instagram reviews.

I recently received my order for the Clarea Color Changing Foundation Stick.
The total amount paid was £39.98.
When I tried the product for the first time, I was very disappointed with the results.
The foundation does not change colour at all and remains completely white after application.
I purchased three foundation sticks, and I wanted to return two of them, which are still unopened and unused.
I contacted customer service by email to arrange a refund for these items because the product has not performed as advertised.
I also asked for instructions on how to return the two unopened products.
However, despite sending three emails, I have received no response from customer support.
Overall, this product is not worth the money, as it does not perform as advertised.

Horrible product. Greasy and sticky going on, then settles into pores and fine lines whilst drying the sh!t out of your skin. Also looks cakey and rubs off at the slightest touch within an our. Absolute garbage. The "money back guarantee" they promise on the site is also 100% false. No one will even reply. SCAM SCAM SCAM

AVOID!!!!! Awful product, and then they don’t contact you back when you get in touch for a return. Do not waste your money!!

DO NOT waste your money or time on this product. It’s crap.
The foundation sits on top of the skin, doesn't blend nicely.
Will be sticking to my usual foundation that is cheaper, blends more easily, is Cheaper and definitely worth it.
As for you money back guarantee… Bull****. Haven’t replied to my email.

Foundation is an absolute waste of money! What a useless product! Thought I’d give it a go as I don’t wear much makeup since having my children so figured it would be quick and easy to use. It’s horrendous! May as well be rubbing sudocrem on your face to be honest. Leaves you looking equally pale and greasy and covers nothing at all. Please don’t waste your money. I should have known better to be honest when the website doesn’t give you the opportunity to leave reviews - says it all really.

Horrendous company.
They reply in French for a start but then reply in English ignoring what you have said.
Then they reply in French again, delaying the complaint.
I will never use them again and boycotte them online

Terrible company. For a start, the product doesn't work. It goes on white and stays that way, there is zero adjustment to your skin as promised.
Secondly, even though they say there is a money back guarantee, they refuse to give it to you once the product has been opened! They reply to you in French, insist on you sending the product back to France, reject refunding for any used item and say they have a returns policy that states this - but everywhere on their site says a refund is no fuss, no questions!
An absolute joke of a company. Avoid at all costs.

The product is awful and they dont respond to complaint

The product is misleading. They offer a money back guarantee, no questions asked. However, to get anywhere with customer services in near on impossible! I have filled out the ‘contact us form’, followed up with and email and then re sent that email again!
I have heard nothing! No acknowledgment. I have asked how I go about returning and getting a refund, nothing!!!!

This company is saying it has a score of 4.8 on Trustpilot, which would appear to be untrue
