I WOULDNT GIVE THEM 1STAR , TRYING TO RETURN AN ITEM , LIKE TALKING TO THE WALL

No response from Chef Solutions after payment was taken. No confirmation of order placed they are deregistered with ASIC in Australia. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD SITE

Purchased oil spray bottles. It initially worked for about 5 sprays, then stopped and started leaking from the handle.  After investigating I discovered the plastic tube in the lid connecting the nozzle had separated. After much painstaking fiddly effort, I was able to reconnect the tube to the nozzle. It worked for 2 sprays and then the pressure separated the tube again. Should have known better and researched reviews before purchase. Was fooled by “Aussie company”.
Product is rubbish and not fit for purpose. 

The item was delivered, but part of it was missing, making it unusable.

I emailed the company repeatedly over the course of three weeks without receiving a response.

An untrustworthy scam company!

Product arrived broken. Contacted company several different times but got not response. TERRIBLE SERVICE

And to boot the second unit (ordered the same time) began leaking almost immediately. POOR QUALITY

I bought the stainless steel scrubbers, they took a month to get here from China, The company signed me up for a subscription, not a one time order, their customer service is bad AI at best. Now they are trying to ship me more and I can't contact anyone to cancel.

I had a very bad experience with Chefsolution. Bought a meat grinder months ago after seeing many good reviews on their websites. Unfortunately it took one month arriving and the quality is really bad. Plastic body covered with unknown coating on surface, completely different from what they described as stainless steel on their website. We don’t use it as we don’t want to take risk on food safety. Tried to talk with their support to get item returned and refund. However, they didn’t give any reply after I sent photos and asked for refund.
I gave one star on their website when they asked the purchase review. Surprised that they deleted my review. It’s cheating!

If I could give a 0 star I would, they are an unethical company that continues to debit your account for a subscription you NEVER signed up for and will not cancel it, I have contacted many times they tell me it’s cancelled but then it happens again, I’m to the point of having to cancel my cards so they can no longer get debit my account.
They are a complete scam and would never recommend buying from them no matter how good their products might be.

I got drawn in by the clever marketing, and ordered the 2 for 1 deal on the oil dispenser bottles.
Only one turned up. Took so long to arrive. Quality is just below average. Second bottle missing. I've emailed but no response.
The exact same bottles seem to be on Temu for £3.50 for two!
Total scam I'd say. Unless I get a reply from my email and they send the second bottle. From other reviews, a reply from them doesn't seem likely.
Avoid at all costs.
At least I ordered through a third party payment app, so my details appear to be safe.

So after waiting almost a month for my oil sprayers, I received two recipe books instead. Seriously? It’s way past Mother’s Day, so don’t even need it now. Had to get my mom something different for Mother’s Day when I ordered it weeks ahead of time. Hopefully they will get back with me sometime soon. 😡

ordered 2 for price of one dispenser and only received one. shipping and order communication unclear at best. the actual dispenser is a cheap piece of junk.

Avoid this company. The scourer product is a good one but they trick you into a subscription and then make it impossible and time consuming to change or cancel, claiming that there are various minimum subscription periods you have signed up for. The worst kind of online snake sales.

Ordered some scourer, I then find out I have a monthly subscription. I did not recall doing this, it must be automatically ticked without you knowing. I cannot cancel on line, there is no ability to do so. My credit card will be automatically debited. I have emailed them a couple of times no response. Do not buy from them.

I have just received my 2 in one oil dispenser and was pleasantly surprised that it pretty good given some of the reviews I have seen and I was worried to the extent that I tried to cancel the order But Chef solutions via Samantha kept me informed and reassured me so both the product and customer service in my experience is very good and I would use again

I ordered the dispenser with the buy 2 for the price of 1. Took forever to get the order. I only received one dispenser and it was defective. I have tried to contact them several times but have not received any response. Would not recommend this product or company.

Not only was the oil sprayer defective. The ONE time they responded to my email was to get me to send them a video of what was wrong. Then never heard from them again. This is not just bad service. I'm pretty sure it's a scam.

Same set on temu for less than half what you charge buying from temu to resell is a scam

I am very disappointed with the service I have received.

The delivery was estimated at 10 days, but I waited nearly a month for my order to arrive. When it finally did, I only received one diffuser, despite purchasing a 2-for-1 promotion and selecting two different colours.

Customer service has been extremely frustrating to deal with. Responses take several days and appear to be automated, with no real effort to address my concerns. I am being told I only ordered one item, which is incorrect, and despite the promotion still being advertised, the company refuses to honour it.

Even if they will not honour the deal, I have requested a refund. However, they are making this process very difficult to access, with ongoing delays and standardised, unhelpful replies.

Overall, this experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this company due to their poor service and lack of accountability.

Never received my order. Ordered on Dec 20, 2026 and it is now March 11, 2026. Website said they shipped via UPS but the actual shipper was some second rate company I never heard of and they refused to deliver to my address. All attempts to contact the company to resend and at this point refund my money has been unsuccessful.

Ordered 2 oil sprayers on 21st December. Tracking showed parcel was with Evri but it's been stuck in transit since 8th January. Company initially responded to emails, but not replying now and I've received no order or refund.
