Moose Jaw Carpet One Floor & Home Reviews 

We just had kitchen and entry way flooring installed this week. I cannot say enough about our new beautiful flooring!!! Right from day one, we have received top notch treatment from Nolan Mortenson and the staff at Carpet One. The flooring we picked out turned out to be discontinued and there were only a limited amount of boxes left in Canada. Nolan did everything he could to order the flooring for us, as there were different dialots. He went above and beyond to make it work for us and secured enough boxes for our flooring. He kept us informed every step of the way. Nathan was also excellent, and kept on top of scheduling installation dates, accomodating us!

Last but not least, the installer, Hassan, was fabulous! When he went to apply the grout, he was very honest and questioned us about the color. We 100% agreed with him and the few tiles of grout were removed - thank goodness!!! I went back to Carpet one and asked for help picking out a better grout color. Nolan acquired the help of one of his amazing staff - Linda. She took time out and helped us, we all agreed on a color and it looks oustanding, we couldn't be happier!

You will not be disappointed if you go to Carpet One in Moose Jaw, they are all fantastic and they do not upsell!!

Moose Jaw Carpet One has done 2 installs for us of old-barn-flooring lino. Both times, the work was of excellent quality, with attention to detail and to doing it properly: 5 stars. The most recent work, installing this lino on the back porch stairs was, again, excellent, and the installer solved a problem area, going beyond what he was hired to do: He also installed the vinyl along the base of a standing ledge - perfectly executed! The finished job looks beautiful.

Dealt with Kath Avinou on some vinyl plank and tile. Her knowledge, advise and expertise was unbelievable. I would recommend Carpet One Moose Jaw and Kathy to any one that has any flooring questions or needs.

What a wonderful experience shopping for carpet and having it installed by Carpet One! Nolan cheerfully greeted us on arriving at the store and made our shopping experience easy and uncomplicated, and we so enjoyed his warm personality. Hassan and Cassidy made the installment day stress free, and were so efficient and a pleasure to have in our home. Carpet One was our first stop to shop, when we decided to look for carpet. We worked with Nolan, who was knowledgeable, and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with the quality and price point of our carpet. Installation was a breeze and Nolan was able to schedule that within a timely fashion, accommodating us every step of the way. The installer was amazing and did A+ work. We are very satisfied and would recommend anyone to go visit Carpet One in Moose Jaw if they are considering new flooring for their home.

I put vinyl plank flooring into the 2 bedrooms last year and hoped that the living room floor could be done but alas that was not the case. I made the decision to replace it and the hallway's with the vinyl planking and, in spite of it being 9 months later, they managed to obtain the planking from the case lot and Tyson did a super job on the installation, especially in merging the 5 entrances into a seamless flow from one room into the next.

Very friendly. I would have appreciated a little more attention to detail. Ie. one section of carpet is about 1/8-1/4 " short where it meets a doorway as well as just final finish up ie. cutting off all loose strings etc. However it was good over all work and a very personable installer!

Shortly after our carpet was installed, we noticed that there seemed to be some defects in the product itself. We received careful, professional consideration from both Nolan and Jeff, who immediately reassured us that they would stand by their warranty at Carpet One. We now have the replacement carpet installed, and it looks terrific! Garth and Nolan arranged the re-installation without any complications, and Jeff did an amazing job at installing our new carpet...he is a skilled expert at his trade!

I was looking for a carpet runner that would make a Fashion Statement in my salon and a friend said "go to Carpet One". It took just minutes to find the perfect carpet. The service was excellent from beginning to end. Kathy was great. Tyson was the installer and took his time to make sure the job was well done. We had a great experience at Carpet One! Nolan was absolutely fantastic. Very patient with us as we were quite indecisive. There was no pressure - which was great. I hate feeling like we are being pushed into making a purchase. We bought our carpet and had it installed. I didn't like the colour at all. Fortunately we purchased the carpet that came with a Beautiful Guarantee. We had it ripped out and shipped back with no questions asked. Nolan was super patient as we picked out our second choice. Then (due to some issues within our home) we only had 1 room installed and stored the rest of the carpet at Carpet One until we were ready to instal the rest. Nolan was very supportive, maintained great contact with us, no pressure and honest. Tyson was our installer and was fantastic as well. He took the time to do the job correctly. I would more than recommend Nolan and Carpet One to anyone!!!

Derek was a great help to us during a very trying period. Tyson worked quickly and effectively to get the job done as quickly as possible. Both were very courteous and polite. We are extremely happy with both product and service given to us.
