Following my automatic transfer from Vyke to Call.com, I experienced a total loss of audio services. Despite sending multiple emails, I received no response from customer support. I continued to make payments solely to avoid losing my phone number. Eventually, when the number renewal was due, I decided to stop paying for a non-functional service. Unfortunately, funds remained in my account, and my email request for a refund went unanswered. I later discovered that my country is no longer supported by their service area. Consequently, they should have restricted payment access. Instead, they continued to collect charges without any notification, knowing entirely that I could not use the service. This practice is completely unacceptable and deceptive

Im a "PAYING CUSTOMER" trying to pay from my card and got rejected because my current address is not matching with the address on my card (seriously?) later, demanding the LLC of my company. Even after providing that, im being "ORDERED" to use a card where my card address is same as my LLC (wtf) who are you to decide what should be my address on the card? you don't want business we'll go with others.

I swear, this app is absolute rubbish. I just made 30 calls to pitch my service, and they banned my number claiming I was spamming. You can’t even make 30 calls on their $15 package it is a total waste of money. When I tried to contact support, they demanded a registered LLC in the USA, even though I am not from the US. On top of that, my identity verification keeps getting rejected. They keep telling me to upload original documents, but my documents are 100% real and the photos were taken with a clear camera in broad daylight. Please, I am warning everyone: do not ever use this app. It is a total scam—save your money!

typical scam! They clearly say on their webiste that you need to add credit for outgoing calls and SMS. When you aim to buy, you see the information that you need to have credit for inbound calls, and this information is contradicting with what is on the other page and made to fool you to buy rhe service and realize later you have to pay!

I don't understand if they have bots replying or humans but it is just superb customer support that happens in minutes. Never seen customer service like this with other large platforms and marketplaces. This is ublievable.

I have tried multiple times to renew my account, but it has not been successful. Previously, it was working perfectly fine before the merged of VYKE. I even recommended your service to some of my friends.
Unfortunately, my main number expired and I lost access to it. This number is registered on multiple platforms, so it is very important for me to recover and renew it.
I have tried contacting support several times, but I have not received any response to my queries.
Please assist me in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

My Experience With Call.com has been horrible.. I cant Recommend to any User especially Africans. They stereotype a lot, rude customer support. Bought a number then tried to renew countless times until the number expired, only to find out they required KYc. After Uploading the KYC document, they claimed it was altered.. An Original Document altered! later on claimed they could not verify since its not clear. Very Anyhow People.... Bycot at all Cost. You will end up Loosing Clients and contacts!
