I had to order a new mattress because…
I had to order a new mattress because Andy would not replace my previous mattress. They were very rude and not very helpful. in addition, I’ve been through this process with the brick mattress and the issues I had with them prior to come into Indy. They replaced my very first purchase three times. I don’t know what makes you guys so special but you’re not. So don’t give me that we’re only authorized one bullshit.

We can allow one complimentary replacement for your mattress under warranty. We are not able to get authorization on multiple replacements on a single order. My sincere apologies! I needed to replace an old mattress in…
I needed to replace an old mattress in the guest bedroom and chose Endy after seeing a Facebook ad and researching reviews. I received it quickly 2 days after ordering and this 70 yr old lady was able to unbox and set up by myself in minutes. My daughter slept great and no complaints of a sore back any more. I tried it after she left and being a side sleeper I had no shoulder pain upon waking. Thank you Endy!

When I ordered my mattress, it said it would be here as early as Sunday but there has been no update to the shipping. I would’ve never ordered it if I knew that I’d be waiting in limbo for my bed.

Great mattresses
It was easy to shop, compare mattresses and purchase the mattress we wanted. This is our 4th Endy mattress, now everyone in our house has one and they are amazing and durable! Our oldest one is 6 years old (approximately) and still feels new!

Poor customer service access
Second endy is en route. But as I was ordering, the deal I had was removed and there is no way to contact a person despite chat saying live agent. Now I was left to order as is or miss out on delivery when I needed the item. Very frustrating process. Also says a delivery date but not a range, so hoping it comes on time.
** the response is incorrect. I did not get the enhanced sleep set I ended up getting the basic sleep set. My order came a day late. I could never speak to a live agent...

2 orders canceled by Endy
I ordered twice and both orders were canceled by Endy. I called customer service the first time and they said to try again. For the second order I decided to email when it was canceled. The email Lumo is an AI which I did not appreciate. It was not helpful and just repeated that they did not know what went wrong and that I should just try again. I would have rather communicated with a human so that they could investigate the issue and not just tell me to try again.
I’ve ordered for a third time, I am hoping the order goes through.

I had a wonderful experience buying from Endy. I started by visiting their very nice showroom, where I was able to try out different mattresses. The sales representative was incredibly helpful, polite, and not pushy at all, which made choosing the right mattress stress-free.
Their website was also very easy to navigate when it came time to finalize everything. I easily selected the mattress I wanted, got a great discount, and took advantage of their 12-month 0% interest payment option. To top it all off, the delivery was incredibly quick. Highly recommend!

Hi Spencer, I can totally see how this feels. My sincere apologies for the confusion. But you'll see the site mentions that promotional codes cannot be stacked up, or clubbed. Customers are free to choose between the different promotions available at the time of the purchase. The $100 email subs promo is a constant feature whereas the other promos such as free bundles, which are worth a lot more in value are seasonal or even bigger dollar promotions such as a Flat 15% OFF. We always encourage our customers to go with the bigger promotion. Hope this clears up the confusion on your end. Take care!
