Ordered the pillow on June 1. Never got a shipping notice as promised. Emailed the company. Response was that it should have been shipped and to check my spam folder then contact her again if it wasn't there. It wasn't, so contacted by email again 3 times and never got another response.
Ordered a product, never received it, was charged and paid for the pillow. Tracking number information never updated. Only way to contact the company is through a generic email. The same person emails back once you send your request for customer support, name was Sarah. Asks the date order was placed, order number, then sent a reply that the pillow was being formed, had to cure and will be shipped out within 48 hours. That never happened, still haven’t received it. Tried the customer service email and now I don’t even get a reply. This company is a Scam. Do Not buy from them
I’m certain this is not a real company. Website states order will ship from US and arrive within 2-3 business days. But your order never arrives. The tracking number provided is from an overseas company and is never updated with any tracking information. You can only email, no phone number for customer service. Any inquires by email are answered by “Sarah” which appears to be an AI generated response. When you provide order details, the ai asks when you placed an order so it can craft a reply based on the information you gave in your email. I’ve gotten the run around about when the order will be received and I filed a dispute with my credit card company since the order over showed up as promised. In fact, the tracking information has not been updated for 15-days. Buyer Beware.
Horrible customer service. No phone number to contact anyone only email. On website says pillow ships from Brooklyn New York within 2-3 days. My order is being shipped from China.
You can't talk to anyone and the person answering their emails named Sarah doesn't know their own website and I have emailed them over 8 times and they act like I have never contacted them before. Buyer beware!! I will never order from them again. I would give them no stars if I could.
I’ve been using the borneau pillow for now 4 month every night. It took me about 2 week to be really comfortable with it, and test it without my ResMed CPAP. It work amazingly well, and I really suggest to try it.
