The shoes I ordered were not of the quality shown in their pictures. When I requested a return, they offered store credit and gave a long explanation that it is too expensive to ship back from China. This was nowhere in their return policy. DON'T buy from this company if you want to have the option to return. Also, don't expect the same quality as in their website photos.
I needed to return the shoes. The quality was less than expected and they run small. I contacted the company within the 14 day time line for the return label. Instead they advised that I can keep the shoes and for another $17 I can get a second pair. I continued to ask for the return instructions and I was advised that I needed to return them to China and it would cost me $40 for shipping. They ended up refunding $20 of my $65 purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
Misleading company. They are called Bootara as you order and Bootsy when they take the money… they are in China. No tracking info. I have reported them to PayPal.
I ordered a pair of boots for my wife but there was a shipping issue. I sent them an email to let them know I never received them. Daisy sent me a reassuring email to let me know they send another pair. I received them yesterday. They look great & the quality is top notch. Very satisfied I recommend Bootara!
My order was seized by USPS for counterfeit postage and they WONT refund me!! BUYER BEWARE!!
