Simple to use, with strong AI content suggestions
Blaze was easy to get started with and very straightforward to use. The interface is clean and intuitive, so it didn’t take much time to feel comfortable navigating the platform.
The AI content suggestions were the biggest surprise, much better than expected, and actually useful for creating strong content quickly.
We also tested the automation and scheduling features, and everything worked exactly as it should. Posting was seamless and reliable.
One thing worth mentioning as well: the Blaze team is excellent to work with, responsive, knowledgeable, and refreshingly free of sales fluff.
Restrictive trial, weak content, and not worth the price
I tested Blaze.ai during the free trial because I was looking for a tool that could help create high-quality marketing content for my e-commerce coffee brand. Unfortunately, the results were not usable for a premium brand.
The blog draft was poorly written, repetitive, and included awkward or broken phrasing that would have required a full rewrite before publishing. The newsletter copy had the same issue: generic, low-quality writing that did not feel polished, brand-specific, or ready to send to customers. The video content was also disappointing. The style came across as rustic, generic, and off-brand, and the music choice was especially poor. It did not match the tone of my brand at all. I would not have bought my own product if I had seen and heard that video as a customer.
The free trial also felt extremely restrictive. Blaze gives you 200 credits, which sounds generous at first, but then the platform decides the campaign structure for you and severely limits how those credits can actually be used. In my case, I could not meaningfully increase the number of videos, stories, or other content types that would have been more useful for my brand. The trial made it look like I had 200 credits available, but the recommended setup would not let me use anywhere near that amount. That makes it very difficult to properly test whether the platform can actually meet your business needs.
The onboarding and campaign setup were also frustrating. I expected to be able to customize the content mix based on what my company needed, but the system kept controlling the output. If a brand needs more short-form videos, more stories, or a different content structure, the trial does not appear to give enough flexibility to properly evaluate that. Changing selections did not improve the outcome in a logical way.
The pricing also feels hard to justify. Charging around $80 to $150 per month for basic plans is a lot when the writing, video quality, music selection, and customization controls are this weak. At those prices, I would expect far better brand understanding, better creative control, and content that is much closer to publish-ready.
To be fair, Blaze occasionally generated a usable concept or headline idea, but the actual execution was not strong enough. For my needs, the tool did not produce content that was ready to post, publish, or send without significant manual rewriting and redesign.
If you are running a premium brand and care about voice, quality, visual consistency, customer trust, and control over your content strategy, I would be cautious. Based on my trial, Blaze.ai may be useful for rough brainstorming, but I would not rely on it for finished marketing content.
I was a big fan of Blaze AI at first—but…
I was a big fan of Blaze AI at first—it made it easy to upload my own images and copy and schedule posts across multiple social platforms. Then key features started malfunctioning. After weeks of waiting for a fix, the issue was “resolved” by removing/turning off the exact functionality I relied on. The product may still be useful for some users, but I’d be cautious with a company that responds to problems by disabling core features rather than properly fixing them.
Customer Service Sucks
It was good until I had a problem, customer service speaking no English and does not understand, so basically they havent been posting on my Tik Tok for 3 months and nobody understands what I am saying.
Can't wait to give Blaze 5 stars!
Can't wait to give Blaze 5 and more stars! It is getting very close. Been using Blaze for over a year now - and as an old Hootsuite user about a decade ago - this is truly a step into the future! I work across four different workspaces and they vary as I have bought them at different times. I build and develop websites for clients and got Blaze as an "add-on" service helping my clients. There are so many upgrades and new developments within Blaze that is is sometimes hard for me (solopreneur) to tag along... Bought 18 months up front for all workspaces and dont regret it! All my work is now in Swedish - and there has been some lost in translation snags 😉
What a glow up! Amazing!
This is the second time I have used Blaze in the four months my business has been growing.
The first time, I was blown away by the detail and care that the team and the tools had and put into learning about my brand, my voice and how I needed it to be presented to the public.
As my direction shifted, I stepped away but I knew I would be back.
When I came back, it was as though we had both undergone a Glow Up.
I am blown away by the features, opportunities and the sheer breadth of capabilities that Blaze has on offer, not to mention the team that run it so well.
I am being supported through the production of my company and I can say what amazing value it is.
If you are working three or four roles in your business, managing child-rearing, a full time job, a business MA and just a whiff of a social life, you'll be continuously working in the margins of the day.
Blaze is there amplifying your time so the margins are productive and amazing!
Cannot recommend enough!!
It is very convenient
It is very convenient. I no longer have to consciously make an effort to think of something to post on social media.
Classic case of AI messing up!
This could be great but...
Its expensive and what they don't tell you is that when they generate something and its not accurate or relevant, you end up having to pay every time you regenerate to create more accurate content.
Its taken a huge amount of money off me just because they are not using the content that I uploaded.
What a very expensive mistake and one that I cannot afford!
They have now cancelled my account completely and not given me a refund. I am reporting you to the appropriate people.
I want my money back!
It's not a bad site
It's not a bad site, but a little bit overpriced, they should find ways to offer more competitive prices. We liked it but gonna have to quit on it bc of budget.

Tool Failures and No Refund
I had high expectations for Blaze AI, but it turned out to be one of the most frustrating AI tools I’ve tried. A total time waste.
First, the output quality is extremely inconsistent. Sometimes it produces something usable, but most of the time the responses are generic, repetitive, or just poorly written. For a tool that markets itself as a serious AI writing assistant, the results often feel like low-effort filler content that still needs heavy editing. Basic tasks take longer than they should, and the workflow isn’t intuitive.
The interface functionality simply didn't work and I was unable to create reels or stories which is the key aspect I wanted to use it for. I spoke to support and they told me multiple times after long periods sat with "engineers" it was fixed but I found this was not the case. After the final attempt with support, I was happy to see the functionality had returned - but upon attempting to use it, it once again broke! Considering I was unable to use the platform for basically the entire 3 months - I requested a refund and was given only a third of the cost back.
Overall, it feels like a product with a lot of marketing hype but very little substance behind it. Unless major improvements are made, it’s hard to recommend this over the many better AI tools available right now.
Great
Great for an "on the run type" type of business
Quick generating marketing.
4 out of 5 as they reuse the same videos and some I have to regenerate that took credits but very well prices for what you getting
Strong Performance at a Fair Price
Blaze.ai is incredibly easy to use and very intuitive right out of the gate. The platform is economical compared to many similar tools, and it performs consistently well. Everything works the way it should without unnecessary complexity.
The only reason I’m not actively using it right now is because I currently have multiple applications that serve a similar function, and I needed to streamline my subscriptions. Once those run their course, I definitely plan to return to Blaze.ai.
Blaze.ai is a near perfect product
Blaze.ai is a near perfect product. It solves a major problem (bandwidth for marketing in startups), it is easy to onboard, priced correctly and produces stunning quality of output.
