Best experience with a Rent-a-car in many years.
This was by far my best experience with a Rent a Car in many years. No waiting times, no queues, no deposit required, no attempts to upsell insurance or upgrades, no long paperwork. Pick and return = 10mins in total.
I messed up with my arrival time at Madeira airport and arrived 2 hours earlier than my booking. Gave them a call and they promptly adjusted and had a nice Megane ready in minutes waiting for us in the car park.
The agent and their support were 5 stars. Highly recommend.

A clean new car
We had a free upgrade to a brand new Renault Captur with full equipment. Had fun driving in sloppy winding roads.. would have been more comfortable if there was an option for damage waiver insurance.
